After contacting several appliance repair companies, Lewis was the most honest and responsive. He immediately told me what the issues likely were and how much it would likely cost me. He even told me it would be more cost effective to buy a new appliance. I appreciated that he gave me solid advice rather than come and charge me a diagnostic fee. When I opted to chance a repair, he checked the model number and told me it was one he was unfamiliar with and gave me the number to the manufacturer’s care service. It’s hard to find such honest individuals these days and I truly appreciated his candor. If you want an honest opinion and service, save your time and use Riesbeck Enterprises.

Mike was awesome. He called with a heads up when he was on the way. Fixed my dryer issue. Called again 6 hours after he left to check in on any possible issues. There were none!

The technician called first to let me know that he is on his way, he wore shoe covers, and very friendly. Explained my problem and worked on the issue with the washer. Good service.

Technician arrived on time to service my 25-year-old Sub Zero refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem with the freezer and made the repair. He also performed much needed maintenance on the unit to ensure its continued longevity. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Appliance Service Solutions.

Technician Jeremy arrived on time with a great attitude and diagnosed the problem. He took pictures and filed a report for my Bosch warranty claim. Couldn’t be more happy with the entire company.

Dependable, reliable , and skilled. completed repairs to my Wolf oven and speed oven without any issues. I would recommend using them for Wolf or Sub Zero. Repairs completed in reasonable amount of time considering parts needed to be backordered from Wolf. Speedoven had control issues from the time we bought it during shutdown and supply chain problems. It finally works as it should. Wolf/SubZero very cooperative even honoring warranty after it had recently passed expired.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was unable to fix my washer until he gets the part. Must be an American Home Shield process. Come out see it’s the part you tell them then they have to order it. Hoping I’ll get him again to fix it. Thank you!

This is the second time I've had my dishwasher repaired and I highly recommend this company. Specifically, Mike is wonderful. He was able to fix the problem, so I didn't need to buy a new dishwasher.

This business is the very best in Tidewater, used them twice and the first service representative was after hours and he was on his way home but took the extra time away from his family to make my repair. The second service was very timely and the technician was very capable and completed the repair very efficiently. Both my service requests were warranty related.
