Put in a jacuzzi bathtub for me. Excellent work and they were very careful around the house to keep it spotless where they weren't working. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling projects.

Although I am very pleased with the renovations, and my husband and I can't express how much we appreciate Matt and his crew (they did a phenomenal job), there are a couple of issues. The hinges on the cabinets in my laundry room didn't get painted nor were the soft close devices installed to match my kitchen cabinets. I am also disappointed that while measuring for the backslash, my Ninja Air Fry Countertop Oven was damaged and I was not in anyway compensated.

Customer service, attention to quality workmanship is nothing short of the highest level of excellence. JAC has for many years been consistently providing construction services for me and others that I have referred to them; all well satisfied. JAC INC. answers the needs of their clients with the integrity of word and workmanship no matter the size of the job. As a class "A" contractor, highest capability qualification in construction, they will continue to be my contractor of choice.

My wife contacted them for some repairs that need to be done to our home. They came highly recommended by a family friend. Cliff came out with a helper and were here for about 20 to 30 minutes and said they would get us a quote together. About 2 weeks later we hadn't heard from them so we gave them a call. They told us they were still working on the quote. Another 2 weeks go by and we hadn't heard from them so we called them today and they told us they have had a large influx of work and they were too busy to take care of our job. So, we have been waiting for a month for a quote. I think it's totally unprofessional to drag someone out for a month and then tell them your too busy. If they couldn't take on the job, they should have told us that as soon as they realized it so we could look for another contractor. Needless to say, this company has lost a customer that manages over 50 homes and is always in need of a contractor. I hope all your other work keeps you real busy.

You will not find a better contractor than JAC! Their workmanship is nothing short of excellent!! JAC has been my one and only contractor for the past 9/10 years and they have practically remodeled my entire house! Sunroom, den, and bathroom were all expertly and beautifully remodeled. Electrical upgrades, new roofing, deck, exterior painting, window replacement, etc, they can do anything and will exceed expectations every single time!! Give them a call for your next project - don’t bother calling anyone else!

JAC INC helped my family and I out with zero notice on a Sunday afternoon when our hot water heater went out. From phone call to new hot water heater install was 4 hours! He was and has always been respectful, timely, fairly priced, and does excellent work! Not the first time he has helped my family, to include an amazing screened in porch remodel. Do hesitant and call them if you need any home remodels, or general contracting needs!

JAC, not just another contractor as their initials imply. "Family," the word my husband used to describe them. Hardworking and honest, they lived up to their word and delivered incredible work that anyone can trust.

Cliff leads the pack and mentors his employees effectively by setting a good example. From my first contact with Kristin in the office, with her impeccable communication skills, to my last text with Matt, they took care of us and treated us like family.

I will never forget the first day:  they arrived on time, Cliff leading the pack of Dallas, Wayne, and Cole, all remarkably skilled men who care about their work and do their job well.

From day one, they kept us informed and updated. And they cared. Plus, they provided the best quote, both affordable and realistic for the job, and they stuck to it.

I cannot say enough about JAC and the work they did for me they were very professional and very personable. Not to mention how reasonable the price was. I will definitely use them again. Tub installation and surround.

We are very pleased with our garage conversion to an in-law suite. This included a master bath, mechanical room and new back entrance with small deck. Cliff and both his crews had great customer service, attention to detail, expert craftsmanship, and accountability. They took care of all proper permits and inspections, and managed all subs. This project took a few months to complete so we had a chance to get to know Matt, Wayne and their crews. They were all professional and prompt and maintained a clean worksite. I would use them again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend! They do it right the first time!

Overall great experience. Called JAC to perform repairs to our attached car port and it looks better than it did before the damage occurred. The crew was professional and did a great job. JAC was pretty quick at getting out to house for the consultation however, the speed at which I received the quote for repair was a little slower than what I would have liked. For me that wasn't enough of a problem to give them any less than 5 stars. Professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship are what really matters and they met the mark. I don't know how they compare on price, but they will be my first call for the next project I do not feel like doing.

We had JAC Contractors completely gut and renovate our master bathroom, and we could not be happier with how it turned out. The old bathroom was ugly and totally unfunctional, so this was a big project, and JAC absolutely nailed it.

We had several contractors come out for estimates, but we chose JAC because they were super responsive, fairly priced, and we really liked that they do the work themselves instead of subcontracting everything out.

Kristin was fantastic from the start. She came out, created the rendering, and got us a quote quickly. Matt and his team were great to work with, too. They were professional, always on time, worked hard every day, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. We always knew what was happening and what the next steps were, which made the whole renovation feel smooth and well organized.

The bathroom came out beautiful and honestly exceeded our expectations! We are so happy with the final result and would absolutely recommend JAC Contractors to anyone looking to have work done on their home.
