Hal came out the same day, when our old combination HVAC unit went out, leaving us with no heat. This was during the coldest days we have seen in Hampton Roads in years. His team was able to replace our system 2 days later IN THE SNOW! Not to mention matching a quote from another company with better quality products! They had 5 star service from start to finish. Thanks Atlantic Shores!

I wanted to send a shout out to Hal Nystrom for coming out same day while it's snowing to repair my heating system because the heat was out completely! He also repaired my water heater and light switch. Super professional and personable guy! 100% recommend Atlantic Shores!

Best job so far in my last 10 years, absolutely recommend the technician, DeAndre, is friendly and keeping me informed about the work progress. Replaced my leaking coil and came back to replace the bad part.
