We contracted with them to make the final connection for sinks and faucets after countertops were replaced throughout our home. They did not come prepared with towels to keep the work area clean and they did not clean up afterwards thus leaving the workspace dirty.

We noticed that the ice maker in the kitchen which stopped working immediately after they finished their work so we had to arrange for a follow up visit.
They discovered that there was nothing wrong with their connections and still charged us $65 for a travel fee. I requested that they waive the fee in light of them following up on previous work.

After I told them that I was unhappy with their service and would be writing an unfavorable review, I was told that the fee would be waived if I wrote a favorable review on the spot and showed it to the technician for confirmation. I obviously declined.

I called this morning regarding my leaking kitchen facuet. An hour later Jason was at my front door. He was so friendly. He was finished less than an hour and the price was VERY reasonable. I will call if if I ever have any plumbing issues or installing projects. Best service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great family owned business in Suffolk that I not only use for the office but for my own home. They are trustworthy and I have never been let down. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.
