This company is nothing short of FANTASTIC! The technician was the most honest HVAC person I've ever dealt with. They have gained my trust and a lifelong customer. I would Highly recommend them to any and all who need their units serviced. Eric was my technician and he was a class act.

We had an issue with our furnace due to an electrical problem. The original contractor had used improper materials during installation, which caused the issue. After finding Air Treatment through a Google search and seeing their excellent reviews, we decided to give them a try—and they didn’t disappoint.

We called them on a Sunday morning, and they promptly dispatched a specialist. Within two hours, Trevor arrived and got to work. He was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosing the problem quickly and fixing it within a few hours. He was very professional, knowledge and friendly. As new homeowners, we appreciated the quick HVAC 101 he gave us :) It was a helpful bonus!

Another update - Still using Air Treatment. They recently installed mini splits in our house and relocated our water heater for a renovation. I worked with Phil to plan everything. He was so helpful and had good ideas for where we could put the water heater when our architect couldn’t come up with anything workable. Phu and his team did the install and their work is great. I see a lot of installed minisplit lines that are all over the place but our lines are really nice and neat. Phil and Phu are both very knowledgeable and good at what they do.

Just updating my review to say I've been using Air Treatment for at least 7 years now for my HVAC and water heater and they are great. I've had a variety of technicians come to my house and all are good. I highly recommend them.

7yrs ago - Carl is very thorough and explains everything in a way that's easy to understand.

The Air Treatment company has given us excellent service and advice and we have been able to keep our very old system running for much longer than expected. We have never been pressured to have extra services or replacement and trust their good service.

I had my system replaced a year ago.
This was my annual maintenance.
They did a thorough job checking my system to make everything is working correctly as we go into winter.

Got 4 estimates for replacing our HVAC with a newer heat pump. ATC spent the most time and offered the most reasonable suggestions for improvements.

I contacted several companies before going with this one to replace my broken ac and old furnace because the service technician, Chris Hunt was very friendly and their quote was the most reasonable. Even though we changed our mind at the last minute from replacing just the ac to replacing the entire system, they also accommodated our order change. Then on the day of install, Andres and Ted worked wonders to get it finished in extreme heat. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonable and trustworthy HVAC company.

They did a fantastic job and they were my significant margin less expensive than the five other bids I got for the same top of the line equipment

Teams showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. They had no problem installing a wifi enabled thermostat instead of the original one in their proposal. We also got a new AC unit (not pictured) - they will come back in the spring to test when the weather is warm enough to see if it can be made colder! The company provided the permit and we scheduled the inspection - work passed with no problem from the City of Fairfax (gas furnace). The inspector also looked at the AC unit but I wasn’t exactly sure why.

Excellent service. I emailed the company in the evening (my A/C stopped working), and they answered first thing in the morning and came to my house at a convenient time for me that day. Lilly expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and my A/C was working again. She was very professional, informative, and highly skilled!

I have used Air Treatment for my heating a cooling system for well over a decade and their customer service is top notch. Tgeir pricing is quite fair. The technician always shows up during the designated window. And the technicians are always professional and knowledgeable and are happy to answer questions. I recommend them to my friends who are in need of a new HVAC company.

I had an AC unit and a heat pump installed in the last two years. All the Air Treatment technicians I interacted with were very knowledgeable and helpful.

The technician, Chris, arrived well within the window I was given. He was careful with my house. He was friendly and efficient. And he explained to me what he had done and the state of my system. Very satisfied.

Great Company & Staff! Air treatment has serviced and replaced the HVAC systems in my home for years. The office staff is great at proactively helping me get service scheduled and the technicians are always very knowledgeable, offering suggestions without being pushy or trying to over sell me. Would highly recommend to anyone for annual maintenance or emergency calls

Highly recommend - I’ve had a service contract with them the past few years and they’ve always taken care of me. Had to replace my entire system and they quoted me a great price and did a great job during the install. They really go above and beyond and care about their customers.

Our furnace stopped working. Trevor, the technician who visited our house on the same day we called for help, he was exceptional. He was honest, efficient, and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was having an evaporator coil that was freezing up, and I chose Air Treatment because of the excellent customer service I received from a previous install of a new condenser. Lilly was the tech that was assigned to assess the issue, she was very meticulous and very knowledgeable ( which also taught me a few things regarding the science behind HVAC systems and the somewhat complexity of balanced refrigerant) Lilly did an excellent job in making sure my system was operating properly after troubleshooting and correcting the issue. I had another great experience with this company and I highly recommend them A++!
