Working with Air Treatment was a great experience. The office staff was polite, professional, and promptly returned my calls and kept me informed about the product wait times and the installer’s ETA on the day of. The sales rep was by far the most knowledgeable of the various companies we got quotes from. The quote and pitch were very low pressure, which was appreciated. Pricing was by far the most straightforward and very competitive, and the recommended products were top of the line and in line with my existing system and expressed goals. The installation went smoothly and professionally. The installers were careful and followed through with protecting the yard as requested. System works perfectly. I couldn’t be more pleased. Do your due diligence and get additional quotes but you will very likely settle on Air Treatment.

I called them at the recommendation of a colleague after my AC stopped working in the middle of a high heat warning. We have pets and wanted to get things fixed ASAP. They came the very next morning and spent about 30 minutes here. They discovered the likely issue, fixed it, and explained how to monitor things to ensure the fix worked. The technician was nice, he arrived on time, and was knowledgeable about our system. I will use Air Treatment Company from now on!

We had a great experience with Air Treatment. They were able to get us an estimate quickly, gave numerous options, and answered all my questions when selecting which system made most sense for our house - all with no pressure or upselling. They got us on the schedule really quickly for the install, and performed the work professionally. The entire process was positive and smooth. Would highly recommend.

I post very infrequently, but Air Treatment did such a great job that I felt it was important to support such exceptional service. They very quickly inspected our furnace when it had a problem, and offered reasonable pricing when it was clear the furnace needed to be replaced (they even price matched when we found another service that quoted us a lower number). They arrived precisely on time for both the inspection and installation—which as you know, is highly unusual these days—and were incredibly professional. To top it off, across the board they were some of the nicest people we have ever met in the service industry. If you ever have to replace your furnace, I would highly recommend Air Treatment Heating and Cooling!

During the early July brutal heat wave, our A/C system completely gave out and required replacement. Our regular provider was so swamped they were unable to dispatch assistance for several days, which would not have been feasible. Although we were not Air Treatment Company customers, they jumped right in and someone come out the next morning. They then got a crew to volunteer to come in on a Saturday and do the required work. Kyle and Taylor were fantastic. We were very pleased with the courtesy and the service provided. Thank you.

Outstanding service is the Air Treatment (AT) hallmark. Our system was installed by another company. However, they did not follow up on problems which arose. We asked AT to check their work and they came up with solutions to the problems. They pointed out that the system was not installed properly. That was at least 5 years ago and they've provided great service twice a year to our system ever since. They are competent, very knowledgeable, friendly and timely. A Great Company.

I couldn't be more pleased with Air Treatment Company. I had them replace my air conditioning system (condenser unit and evaporator coil) last November prior to the change to the new freon requirements. I got quotes from several companies and Justin was by far the most knowledgeable (having previous technician experience) and professional estimator, walking me through my options and explaining everything in detail. While they weren't the least expensive quote I got, they did provide very competitive pricing and no one else offered the labor warranty they offered. Ted and Andres did a great job installing the system. Air Treatment goes above and beyond other companies installing items and performing certain installation techniques that other companies don't take the time to do. When it was time to start using my new system, JP and Kyle did an excellent job making sure the system was performing properly and explained everything I needed to know for proper operation. Air Treatment really goes above and beyond and I couldn't be more happy I went with them. I highly recommend them and I will be using them from now on for my HVAC and hot water heater needs. Trevor alerted us to a problem with the furnace and recommended replacement. Phil came out and gave us a detailed proposal. Ryan and Pu installed the new system. The whole process was efficient and professional.

Just had both AC and furnace replaced two weeks ago. Both of them have been running well so far. Every one at the company is very professional and easy to work with, from sales, technicians and help desk. The price is reasonable. The technicians finished the job very neatly and on time. The furnace was little noisy after we started to use, I called the company and they sent a technician to look at and make sure it's not installation or planning related issue. They also provide 2 year free maintenance for the system. Very happy customer here! Will recommend them to friends in the future.

We received a quote from Chris at Air Treatment, and it was a very competitive one. Chris is very knowledgeable and easy going. Although, we did not hired Air Treatment for our specific project, we are recommending them as a great option.

They were the only company that actually took the time to measure carefully and size the system out of four proposals. They even recommend a system that wasn’t the most expensive type which they knew was overkill and unsuited for my type of home. The others did the opposite. It’s refreshing when you can work with a company who’s not just trying to make the most they can out of you just because they can. Many neighbors recommended them and they have had years of experience with them. Five stars!

So far, so good. I bought a brand new Rheem HVAC system from this company a year ago and have not had any issues. They perform a annual maintenance checkup on the HVAC and it’s been running smoothly since they installed it. I used Air Treatment Heating & Cooling based on a recommendation from my neighbor who used them for their new HVAC purchase and installation in their home.

We have used Air Treatment for all our heating, cooling and water systems for many years, and we are always very pleased with their services. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, customer friendly, and provide helpful expertise.

I’ve been working with Air Treatment Company for about 5 years and I’ve always been tremendously satisfied with their services. Their technicians do a superb job! I had my winter inspection today and Lilly was great! She was clear and carefully explained what was going on with my unit.

I recently had additional HVAC vents installed in my basement and couldn’t be happier with the service. The technicians arrived right on time and were extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. They completed the installation quickly without cutting corners, and their attention to detail was impressive.

What stood out most was that, after finishing the work, they took the time to walk me through everything they had done and answered all my questions. It was reassuring to see the quality of the installation firsthand.

We lost our heat laid on a Friday afternoon. The technician came out after hours, about 5:30. He worked quite methodically and diligently until he was able to get our heat back on. He also had a nice friendly disposition and I enjoyed his sense of humor. It would’ve been a very cold weekend without his help. I have no hesitation in recommending these good people.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and specifically Mike. Other do so is used to take an hour to do the yearly maintenance visit. Mike takes at least 2.5 hours and last summer his visit was around 3.5 hours cleaning my ac unit outside which resulted in a 3 degree resuxtikn in the temperature and the system now runs much more efficiently ! He found some wiring mistakes from the previous contractor that he fixed as well. Overall they are honest, very qualified and knowledgeable, fair priced and very professional. Would recommend them 100% I can’t say enough good things about this company, and especially about Mike. Other companies usually take about an hour for a yearly maintenance visit, but Mike spends at least 2.5 hours. Last summer, his visit was closer to 3.5 hours because he thoroughly cleaned my outdoor AC unit, which resulted in a 3-degree temperature reduction and a system that now runs much more efficiently. He also identified and corrected wiring mistakes left by a previous contractor. Overall, this company is honest, highly qualified and knowledgeable, fairly priced, and extremely professional. I would recommend them 100% without hesitation.

I’ve been using Air Treatment Company for several years and have always been very happy with their service. After a recent service, my unit wasn’t working properly and I wasn’t satisfied with how things turned out. After I expressed this to them, the owner personally called me to make it right and fixed my compressor free of charge. He called me every step of the way to give me updates and keep me informed. I was blown away by his dedication and genuine care for his customers. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and they’ve earned a customer for life.
