If I could give 0 stars, I would. They said I needed a new AC unit. Nelson was the one that came by to diagnose the issue. He’s a nice man but running a bad operation. They sent me a proposal with 3 options and I chose the first option. They then came by to install the new system and didn’t bring everything I needed for an entirely new unit. I know nothing about HVAC systems so I assumed the option I chose was an option that would fix my issue. Nope. There was a big mess and I must say, Angie is an unpleasant one. Didn’t even apologize and had the audacity to be rude. Real winner there. Neil did call and apologize. For the life of me, I have no idea why they would include an option I didn’t need and wouldn’t fix the problem, but they did. Poor communication and operation. On top of that they changed the installment time without even telling me. I find out by getting a text with the new time. I had to call them to see what happened. The parts were late. Fine. A phone call would have helped to confirm that the new time would work instead of a text out of the blue. Complete amateur hour.

Great service lowest price. AC went out during summer season. I shopped around and Nelson's was the lowest cost. The day after Nelson's techs arrived as promised and had the new AC up and running in a few hours. We have a new AC before a heat wave to is going to hit. Nelson's is great.
