Swimming Pool reviews in Vienna, Virginia

About a year ago Vlad replaced the liner for our indoor Endless Pool. He also installed a new controller board. He worked with the Endless Pool company to make the repairs quickly and accurately. The service companies we called before him did not want to touch the system. Last week the system stopped. He came out and started it up again for free. It seems the 30 amp GFCI had tripped and locked us out. We consider ourselves lucky and grateful to have found him. 5 stars.

Honest, reliable and excellent service over many years. Totally recommend Vlad and his team. After moving away from the area, I have been renting the house out and DC Infinity Pools have taken care of the pool as though they were the owners themselves. Summer after summer, our pool is a glistening gem thanks to Vlad's team.

Very responsive and very fair in their pricing. Multiple times, they fixed and upgraded the pool pump equipment successfully, btw these guys are doing everything- Swimming Pool Cleaning, Maintenance, and Inspection, Face lift etc. you name it, they do it!!’ We couldn’t imagine owning the pool otherwise! Thank you DC Infinity Pools for all that you do!

We’ve been using DC Infinity Pools for the past 5 years. As first time pool owners, Vladan and his team have done an exceptional job of maintaining our pool and more importantly, educating us on how to maintain the pool between visits. We are indebted to the team at DC Infinity and will continue to use them each year and refer them to current and future pool owners.

Our pool was in need of attention after several years of neglect. I'm so grateful that we found Vladan and his company. We have experience with other companies, and the courtesy and responsiveness we experienced with this company set it apart. Vladan took the time to assess and then lay out various scenarios, clearly wanting the best for us in terms of both quality and cost. In the end, his team removed debris, washed the pool walls, supervised refilling, checked equipment, and installed a cover. Throughout, Vladan was responsive, communicative, and flexible, and he was thoroughly engaged in every step of the process. I was arranging things from out-of-state, and his desire to help, to minimize stress and make sure everything worked out,. was truly heart-warming.
