Sears Appliance Repair

Terrible. I already knew I had a broken interior glass door. My two appliance guys told me the part was no longer available and could not replace it. I told Sears repair that very same thing. You sent a Repair guy to come here & charge me $129 to tell me the same thing I had already been told and conveyed to your ridiculous company the same thing. I did not need to be told again. It is no surprise that Sears has closed most of their stores in the country. I will try and see to it that you don't cheat anyone else. The repair man even told me we could remove the broken glass but did not offer to use his expertise to do it. Sears is now dead to me for the rest of my life. I will try and make sure I can rescue innocent others from the incompetent tactics of your firm. What a terrible joke to pull on people who believed in you all of their lives. Thanks for the lesson that NO ONE can be trusted any longer in this country. Most of your employees probably do not even remember the one time greatness of Sears Roebuck & Company.

The problem I called for is fixed no spin cycle, but now my washer leaks water everywhere. From under neath my washer.

The technician that came to service our washer was very knowledgeable and efficient. You couldn't have asked for more. He was amazing. Scheduling the service with Sears Home Services was a nightmare. Appointments made, confirmed, then cancelled by Sears home Service. First time parts were delivered to residence Saturday prior to appointment. The day of appointment they confirmed by text then cancelled saying parts hadn't come in. Second appointment scheduled, confirmed with text message and they cancelled again, saying appointment was never confirmed. Third appointment scheduled and confirmed again via text, they cancelled saying technician was on the way, but vehicle broke down. Scheduled another week out, had to call request management and finally the called back with an opening in 2 days. Again, the technician was amazing! However the customer service scheduling the appointment, and the technician actually getting to our home was a nightmare. This was very frustrating with a lot of unnecessary time off work to accommodate appointments that were cancelled. When your entire family works in health care or are first responders, you definitely need your washing machine!
