Absolute quality. They did an excellent job on the carpet in one of our rooms as well as some dining room chairs. Will definitely go back to this company if I need more work done.

I have utilized the services of Pro Touch for 5 years both personally and professionally. Alex, the owner, has cleaned the area rugs and ceramic tile grout in my home and he has maintained the wall to wall carpeting at my place of employment. He is always professional, on time and the cost of each job is reasonable. I will definitely continue to use Pro Touch for all my carpet, area rug and tile cleaning needs. I highly recommend Pro Touch.

Alex called to confirm the appointment. He arrived on time, was very professional and respectful. He did an awesome job cleaning our stairs and foyer! More importantly our cat Loved him 😁. The Biondo family!

The owner does a good job but I can't recommend anyone I personally know to hire him for the simple fact that he quoted us more than what we saw advertised on the company website (post-service).
We were referred to Alex by an honest business owner who previously cleaned the carpets in another home. Via text, Alex reached out to me directly from the referral and provided a quote to clean 4 bedrooms ($199) and stairs ($50). I did ask if he was outsourced or worked for the business owner, to which he stated he has "worked with" the business owner for 2-3 years. Shame on me for not asking for his website because what I'm going to share could've been avoided.
When he arrived, the aforementioned quote via text for the bedrooms and steps was confirmed; but I was a little surprised that the hallway wasn't included in that price as we've never hired a carpet cleaning company that itemized a hallway (he quoted $20 additional during the inspection). No big deal. It has been a while since we've had the carpets cleaned so charging for hallways may now be standard; but a first for us. I should've asked before the appointment; and he could've and should've offered up the optional service and charge when I initially made the appointment. Who wouldn't want or expect to have the hallway done if you're already cleaning the steps and bedrooms?! I then asked if he had military discounts to which he stated the price he gave was already discounted and military would be more. He then offered a deodorizing solution for the bedrooms at $30 per room; I declined. Alex was in and out which was great! I asked what other services he offered. Dryer vent cleaning was mentioned and he quoted me "about $150-170 because the laundry room is on the 2nd floor". Here's where we shift; we were curious to learn more about his company but were extremely bothered when we visited the website found on the paid invoice. He quoted us $50 more than what his website lists for the same service ($149 for 4 bedrooms). And it appears he gave himself a bump in price for the carpet deodorizer he offered while at our home. Inconsistent pricing on the website (Carpet Cleaning services dropdown menu says $20; Pricing dropdown says $25). Dryer vent cleaning current pricing on the website (as of the date of this post) is advertised as $129.99.  Do you see the inconsistencies? Easy web maintenance fix, but still. I did reach out to him and our finding was resolved.

If you decide to hire ProTouch, you will be pleased. But please ASK IN ADVANCE if the current prices on their website are truly current, if hallways and stairs are included, and how much each service will be since those add-on services aren't currently listed on their website (as of the date of this review).

Alex came in and cleaned my carpet in a short time. He was able to clean a carpet stain that had been on my carpet for a while and I couldn't get it out myself. Thank You to Pro Touch, I will definitely be recommending your service to other people.

First off I will say this company is 100% professional and will absolutely fix everything until you are satisfied. We had our carpets cleaned and the next morning, in the room with heavier dog traffic we noticed a wet dog style scent. I texted them that morning and let them know of the issue and he immediately responded and said he could come back that afternoon and make it right. He showed up promptly as scheduled again and went right to work, using a slightly stronger clean solution to ensure the scent was removed.
The responsiveness of the company and the sheer dedication to customer satisfaction will have us coming back to their business in the future. Thank you ProTouch for doing an amazing job and quickly responded to a follow-up touch up the next day.

I've have had nothing but excellent service with this gentleman! Alex always provides fast professional service with a great attitude and a wonderful disposition. We've been using him for years to clean our chimney and dryer vent and I won't use anyone else. I highly recommend his services! Please try out this company. We as customers deserve great service, and ProTouch provides just what is expected, Every Time!

I had a great experience with Pro Touch. Alex was very underatanding of my needs, patient with my questions, and did exceptional work. Our rental tenants had trashed and stained the carpet. I was sure that I would need to replace the entire thing. Alex was upfront about what he could do, but then over delivered. Worked HARD - non-stop, agitating, treating, and scrubbing my carpets and brought my 10 year old and pet stained carpet back to life...now looking nearly brand new!! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I chose Pro Touch after reading previous reviews and thought if they deliver 50% of how they were reviewed I'd probably be okay with that. Well Alex exceeded my expectations. He called in route as he stated he would and arrived on time. He was very professional and went right to work pre treating and scrubbing by hand before engaging his professional grade equipment. All the carpets look amazing, especially after 5 years of our beloved older pug creating many stains from "accidents" .He was also able to add an additional area to be cleaned while he was there and still finished promptly in order to. Are his next appointment. Definitely recommend Pro Touch and will be calling for additional services in the future as well as recommending them to family and friends!

ProTouch was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Not only were they affordable but the cleaning technician was on time.... Super friendly and he walked me through the entire process. We discussed the "problem" areas on the carpet because I have a pet. The end results were beautiful! He removed stuck on wax, black marks and pet stains. AND he was very quick. I moved out of my townhouse and the walk through was great. They said the carpets looked brand new! Would DEFINITELY use ProTouch again and would recommend to anyone!!!! 10/10!

Alex did a fantastic job on 5 rooms of carpeting and 3 area rugs. One room was particularly challenging and came out beautifully. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Pro Touch and will use them again.
