Great friendly service. In and out quickly with everything looking really good. Could not recommend more. Do not hesitate to call for window and gutter cleaning.

Tommy and Tony, they did an excellent job cleaning our windows. They live up to their company's name. The were like ninjas, arrived on time, they executed their job fast & swiftly. They returned whatever was hung on my windows and we have a lot of stain glasses small to medium size, some other decorations and plants. Tommy is very good at making sure that we are satisfied with the progress, he would show his work before he proceed to the rest of the windows and right when their job ended.

We have lived in our house for 5 years and never got our windows done professionally. It is worth it. It feels very refreshing to be able to see outside like there is no glass on our windows.

We would recommend to be very specific with the level of service you need done. For us, we wanted the gunks trapped between the glass window and the screen to be cleaned as well. Overall, the company is very professional and are very good sending updates and reminders. They also charge fair price. We are very happy with the service, we highly recommend and will definitely hire them again in the future.

Very disappointed. This was the second time we used Window Ninjas and the first time was great, this time was not. The service is expensive but worth it if done well. These ninjas were in a rush, did a sloppy job, left trash around the house and yard. Would not recommend.

Cameron (I hope I have his name right!) did an amazing job with our garage door. We've been in the space for 7 months and hadn't had the windows professionally cleaned. Our neighbors (Union Taco) recommended Window Ninjas and we have signed up for regular cleanings now. Highly recommend them!

First time I’ve ever had my gutters and my skylight done. They were so nice and extremely efficient. I can’t tell you the difference it made in my skylight. Thanks so much Tommy and Anthony you guys are awesome. I will definitely be using this company again!!!!!

Kamran arrived at 8:00 am sharp. He was courteous and professional, and he immediately removed his shoes before entering. He was tasked with cleaning 9 windows, both inside and out, on the 2nd and 3rd floor. He worked quickly and quietly, completing the work in 45 minutes. I was so impressed and thoroughly pleased. I will definitely enlist Window Ninjas twice a year.

BEWARE! I found this company with rave reviews from google, shame on me for blindly trusting a google review! We were quoted roughly $500 for interior/exterior window cleaning (site unseen). I thought this was a competitive price considering the work that was expected to be performed. One cleaner showed up to our house and seemed nice enough; however, I was surprised that it was one cleaner for the workload to be performed. After pleasantries, he starts in the inside. After 20 minutes of him in the house I notice a DISGUSTING smell from room-to-room. Our windows reeked. I asked him why it smelled awful and if he was using a clean/unused rag. He responded that he was not and that the policy of the company allowed him to use the rags from job-to-job and only washing at the end of the day?! This is REPULSIVE. From a health and safety perspective, I cannot begin to fathom how a cleaning service would not be better equipped to use CLEAN rags to perform such a service. You are spreading filth with filth! If a company cannot afford to buy enough rags to use clean rags at each house they should not be in business. Window cleaning has built up pollen, dust, pet dander, etc. Clean products should be the bare minimum! Additionally, he was simply going to wipe each window on the exterior with the same rags! What a deal this company was going to make off me had I not cancelled this service! $500+ to wipe filth with filth?! He was not going to use a hose/water spray for anything on the exterior. Buyer beware and ASK QUESTIONS! Ask how they are going to clean everything step by step before you hand over a dime. I had to reclean our interior windows to remove the smell and filth. I am writing this review not to be ugly, but to share my HONEST experience with the blind shopper who fails to ask questions like I did, so learn from my lesson! As a follow up, we are an asthmatic family, management informed me that I should have shared this and different steps would have been taken for cleaning. Sharing that we are asthmatic should not have prohibited us from receiving a QUALITY cleaning with clean products.

We’re able to hang my Christmas wreaths on windows that I certainly couldn’t reach myself and not such great weather, I might add and we’re extremely pleasant to deal with.

2022: This is an update to my review below from 2020. First time I’ve used them for pressure washing. Tommy and Tony did an excellent job. I intend to ask for them every time. This is either the 4th of 5th time I used Window Ninjas. It’s a pleasure to do business with them. The recent pictures show a before and after with and without spider webs and a full view of our house…a beautiful and perfect job. I’m amazed. The house looks new…ps it’s 25 years old….If we could only age so we’ll.

2020: I have a difficult house to do because of the configuration and height on sloped ground. On top of that it's January and the trough had ice in it making corners impossible at that time. Window Ninjas returned and took care of the few missing areas...quickly and efficiently. Of most importance were the valleys above.

It is imperative that leaves and debris is removed to keep ants from building nests and entering an attic. They will damage your shingles. Window Ninjas is one of the few companies willing to clean valleys as part of their service.

Always trust a referral by a home inspector if they actually use (pay for) a service. I happen to be one. Presently I only refer a few (3) trusted companies. Window Ninjas will be referred to my clients from here on out.

Just great! Easy to book. Showed up as scheduled. Efficient and did great job. Courteous and respected property (had to move a few items and they were very gentle). Easy online invoice payment system. Convenient, courteous and excellent work. Thanks for being my new "window guys."

From booking to completion this company knows what they’re doing. Anthony and his partner are the best, we’ve booked twice now and they never disappoint. (Whole house wash) My house looks brand new again

My wife and I hired window ninja to clean our dryer vent in a home that we had recently purchased. Due to an issue, our appointment had to be shifted until 4:00 on a Saturday. The technician arrived 4 hours early, while my family was out at lunch. He said that he was going to look at the exterior dryer vent and may not need to come inside. The dryer vent was not dirty and he laughed. However we were still charged for the $178 fee. That fee was above what we were quoted. Our dryer vent exits our home between the 1st and 2nd floor. If you are going to charge someone full price, at least provide the full service we were also told by the technician that the office would be calling us with an exact price. However they just elected to use the card that was on file and have never heard from them since.

We are not satisfied with the service that we were provided. We will not be using this company again.

JJ and Jeff made sure our home looks great for the holidays .. hung Christmas lights and window cleaning .. we are vary grateful for them and Window Ninjas .. definite client for life .. schedule holiday lights installation and window cleaning - you won’t be disappointed !
