Had stains removed but the stains reappeared later.
Made several calls to have the tech to come back to address the stain problem but no response to arrange for an appointment.

Matt did a beyond great job. He’ve got a few stains out of my carpet that we had for years. He was very friendly and helpful. An awesome service, I would definitely recommend this company to clean your carpets!!!

I scheduled to have my couches cleaned. When the technician arrived, I inquired about having my 8×10 area rug cleaned as well. I was hesitant, as I didn't want my floors below to be damaged. I was ready to throw my area rug out because it had years of stain build up on it. The technician was not only willing to fit the area rug in as well, he actually made it look like new! I was completely in shock that he got so much out of it. I had forgotten how bright it was when I bought it until he was done! Side note, it's awfully satisfying watching the grime come up with each sweep!

Incredible transformation! It’s embarrassing how dirty my carpet got in just one year!! I bought my home a year ago and the previous owners put in a very light colored carpet. Between four kids, three dogs, and three cats, I would say we definitely needed it cleaned. So glad they came out and took care of it!! Looks amazing. Edwin did a great job. The team was fantastic. I scheduled online to have a chair cleaned prior to moving overseas. Not knowing about the minimum needed for home visits they helped me out by identifying the best rug in my house to get cleaned in order to meet that minimum. They even quick turned the rug cleaning to ensure it made it back to me in time for my move shipment.
Ultimately we I was very satisfied with the job done. The rug looks great and they gave a secondhand chair a new life with the cleaning!

Matt did an excellent job on our very old carpets and now they look better than they have in years. He also cleaned our couch and removed all traces of soot from an unfortunate candle incident. Highly recommend!
