Bryan was the most unprofessional person i have ever dealt with , will never use this company ever.

Advanced Tree Care removed two maple trees. They have excellent costumer service and the guys were speedy and left everything clean and tidy.

I called to inquire about getting a tree cut down from my yard and essentially got my head bitten off. Their office is in Va Beach (I live in Portsmouth) and I was told that they "are located in Virginia Beach" and that they "won't be sending any assets to Portsmouth". He then said he would give me the name and number of another company, but then hastily just gave me the name and brusquely told me to "google it" before hanging up. A side note: I did google the company that he named. They aren't well-reviewed.

I had an emergency tree removal situation and these guys came out within the hour to help. They were extremely professional and their estimate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

This company had been recommended by a neighbor. However, When I called their office on a Wed I got their answering machine. I left a message telling them about the work I wanted done and my phone number. Did not get a return call. Called again on Friday. The woman gave me an appointment for 11:00am on Monday. No one showed up. Called the office at 11:30 to find out if there was a delay and I should continue to wait or if I should get on with my day. Got the answering machine again. They apparently can't schedule or respond to requests for appointments.

5 stars! Amazing work, quick and efficient. They even raked the leaves in my yard from the dead branches. Left no mess. Extremely professional. They made sure I was happy with the work before they left. Definitely recommend!!!

Great company!! Did a wonderful job removing huge pine trees that were very close to my house, cleaned up well, were good communicators and timely if I ever need tree work to be done again I will definitely use them!! Kudos to advanced tree care!!!! thanks for a job well done!!!!

Advance Tree Care Service, are the experts in tree and lot clearing. I had and I mean I had a rain forest in my back yard along with a 50 foot White Oak draping over my two story home. A 20 foot dead Maple on my side yard, a 20 to 25 foot Gum ball on the side of my drive way and tree limbs hanging over the shallow end of my in ground pool. The Advance Tree care crew arrived at 10 a.m. and by 4.00 p.m. I had my back yard back, Oak limbs off my House, a dead maple and a Gum Ball tree (that always had lots of gum ball in the drive way ) gone along with the tree stumps, and sun shine in the shallow end of my pool.

I used their services to remove 5 giant trees. Hands down the best price in town. Bill and his crew got the job done in a very efficient manner. If I had any more trees to remove I would call him again ASAP.

We had a tree come down in the recent winds and rain. We needed the work done quickly as the tree was pulling up the concrete driveway. I'd used Bill and Bryan before so I called on them again. Excellent work, great cleanup and fair price.

I am sure their work is exceptional, however not very organized. Let me elaborate; I called them on Tuesday to have them come by for an estimate on removing a half dead tree in the front of my home, the operator explained to me that he would be by that day, and I told him I would be there all day. which I was. I never saw or heard from them. At this point, I decided to go ahead and do it myself and I purchased a new saw and other items to do it this weekend. Thursday came, and I get a voicemail, due to my work I missed the phone call, it stated they were at the house and to return the phone call, within an hour I was home and was astonished that the tree was cut to a stump. I immediately called their number, and the operator explained that they did the work. I was very surprised and asked how much it would be, he said $275, and I gasped! I explained to him, I was never given a price and didn't have that money, I didn't agree to it and I wouldn't have since I had already even decided to do it myself, not to mention I didn't have $275. He then said he called me and I gave approval over the phone...I even went into my recent calls and the only calls were to their number was on Tuesday (my initial call) and the missed call on Thursday at 1458. He then stated "I called you, the other day, you were not home, and you said it was ok to do it", I asked him what day, and to check his phone, he just kept saying, he called, and couldn't give me a day or time he had called. Then mumbled, "well maybe I called someone else". I almost just said I wouldn't pay him anything, but did have $150 that I could give him for the work, so I offered it, although he was unhappy, he wasn't anywhere near as unhappy as I was. I am sure they are a great company for large jobs, but this tree I had already cut down half the limbs that were dead, it had two larger branches growing out, and was at most 12 inches across and about 10 feet high. My neighbors watched them complete the work in 15 minutes, and they wanted $275 for it. I reluctantly gave them $150 for the work, and I still have a stump to deal with since he didn't finish the job. I really miss integrity and pride.

I had 6 large 70' Pine Trees removed and 4 smaller trees, 10 total. Their estimate was $4650 to remove the trees and stumps. They got to keep the wood. They own their own equipment and had 4-7 people here at times to get the job done in 2 days. I am still trying to figure out how they profited compared to the other bids...my guess is that its becasue they own their own equipment and dont have to rent it and they kept and sold the wood (instead of crushing it into mulch). They hauled it off in huge sections.
They did a wonderful job. They were so professional and their clean up was sooooo awesome. I would not use anyone but this company if I ever need another tree cut down. They were way cheaper and so professional.

Note....my other 2 estimates were for 10k and 11k and they wanted to leave 3 huge piles of mulch in my yard and told me I could put a sign out front so people to come pick up.)

Brian the owner and Bill 2nd in command are top notch professionals. They are veterans when it comes to tree work, the business they run and quality of work & standards that they hold themselves and their crew to are stellar! It’s a breath of fresh air to know a company with old school values and ethics still exist. Cheap work isn’t good and good work isn’t cheap! That said, these guys still provide services that are typically very dangerous and physically demanding but also require expensive equipment (that they OWN and don’t rent per job by the way) to my surprise they still offer prices that one can feel like they got a GREAT deal. Rest assured the job will be done as close to perfection as possible and clean up will not be something you will need to worry about. Besides the trees being cut and gone, and a tire track in my yard (to be expected) ATC left no other trace that they were even on my property! I have used Advanced Tree Care 3 times for small, medium and large jobs on 3 different properties, same result all 3 times! I can honestly say I will never use another company for my tree needs as long as Brian and Bill are still in business!

This company is seriously amazing! We called them and they came out to quote for free. We were happy with the quote so set up a day to clean up an old oak in our front yard.
It took them less than two hours to do the work and they cleaned up everything. They are quick and priced decently. I highly recommend!

I am incredibly impressed with this company. From my first phone call to request an estimate right up until the trees were removed everyone I dealt with was kind, helpful and honest. I had two large pines removed that were growing into my gutters, Advance Tree Care was able to remove them without causing any further damage. I recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal.

As a retired Marine I know what it is to work as a team. Bill gave me a very fair price and then Brian's crew promptly and professionally removed several trees and a large number of stumps. Probably the best (and safest) tree climbers I have ever seen. The remote controlled stump grinder was awesome to watch, and Brian and crew made quick work of cleaning up. Thank you Bill and Brian, I will have you back this fall for sure.
