I had some stubborn stains on my driveway from dyed mulch. Chad was able to completely remove them without damage. Recently I needed a 2-story vinyl / brick beach house pressure washed. The house had not been washed in years. Chad arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, to set up his equipment (very much appreciated). He thoroughly washed the house and cleaned the windows in 100 degree weather. Chad did an excellent job. He even washed the detergent off the bushes and vegetation several times (most people fail to do that).
