Really satisfied with this company. Igor and Suzana are real professionals in pool maintenance. The service is good and fast, highly recommend for anyone who looking for a quality and reliability for their pool.

After using this company, we've had to half drain our pool and refill it TWICE. They put so many chemicals in, there's about 3-4 inches of dead chemical in the bottom of pool. We have backwashed at least a dozen times and removed and cleaned the fins multiple times. We've also continued to have to clean out leaves and debris. (Photos attached are 2 days after they were here.) Our pool robot vacuum is running constantly.
We were not expecting to have this many issues after paying for a pool "opening." And yes, we've taken water samples to be read elsewhere and they confirm the overly heavy chemical use.
I reached out as an FYI, even stating I was not asking for anything, just wanted to inform them for moving forward on others pools. Owner response was we must have added chemicals (we didn't) and to vacuum the pool to waste. That's what we hired them to do!

Also, this business asks for payment in cash. Not sure if that's to dodge taxes or what, but it definitely seemed odd.
