Airight Air Duct Cleaning

We can’t thank Dana and his team enough for being able to clean and sanitize our air duct system after we were experiencing a sudden foul smell throughout our house. They were incredibly professional and thorough, walking us through their process every step of the way. When they encountered issues that needed repairing, they informed us and fixed the problems immediately. They even replaced our outdated vents! The air in our house has since smelled clean, and we now know who to call and recommend for any air duct services.

Dana and his team were prompt, and professional. They were at my house for about 5 hours and I don't think they stopped working the entire time they were here. Their work was thorough and I am exceptionally pleased with the quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a duct cleaning service, and I will use them again.

THE WORK WAS 5 STARS. They worked quick and fast. The workers explained everything and had a job well done.

I only had two issues with the job completed, and they sort of compiled together.

1. I had scheduled my work to be done 3 weeks prior to them showing up. Which they did show up right on time, very professionally. My issue was that I was scheduled for 4 hours of work for a full vent cleaning, but I had desired to change that to just a dryer vent cleaning, or completely cancel due to advice from a contractor and more advice from a friend. My problem was sort of my fault, I forgot the company name after scheduling. So I was unable to call and cancel. I was hoping to receive an appointment confirmation email or text the day prior to the appointment, as most companies do. I never received one so I was unable to warn them I wanted to change the job. This led to the next problem.

2. As they showed up, I requested just a simple dryer vent cleaning. The manager (man-in-charge) gladly agreed and work quickly started. As they were nearing the finish. He began to show me hoses and items that I NEEDED. I was questioning and unsure. But I agreed to install one of the items, a new dryer vent hose. Shortly after, I began to google and look up these items he was showing me to see if I could install them myself. I showed him the items on my phone for over half the price he was asking, not installed of course but still much much cheaper. He became agitated and complained that I “was scheduled for 4 hours, I need to let him make some money.” A little too agitated so I ended up agreeing to allow him to install the vent hose.

All in all, great work done, professionally on time and fast, quality work, I would just prefer a little more professional treatment on the business side.
