We used Bell Childress for HVAC maintenance, and while their pricing was reasonable, our overall experience was not what we had hoped for. Communication was inconsistent, and they arrived during business hours without prior notice. After our staff asked them to return at a more suitable time, we were later charged for what they considered a “second visit.”
Based on our experience, potential customers may want to clarify scheduling and communication expectations in advance.
