Called twice, spoke to Jessica who was going to have her associate call me to set up a walk through and provide a quote. But Both times she assured he would call, and he never did. So I gladly hired another company. Really sad they didn't even call in today's times. Lucky for the other company!!

My personal experience with Office Pride was not a good one. They do not give a straight answer. You are given a different answer every time you call. Each encounter with them they seemed as if they were not prepared. Unprofessional and will give you the run around. I suggest you don't waste your time.

I discovered Office Pride while generating quotes and searching online for a janitorial business for my employer, J.C. Driskill, Inc. We are a prominent electrical contractor, with a niche in government work. Our facility is an office of 15 workers, with an attached warehouse, all together approximately 6500 sq.ft. Tonya, our assigned cleaning professional, is wonderful. She communicates quite well with us, letting us know when we need to stock our toiletries, etc. and asking questions. She goes above and beyond our expectations with cleaning and communication. I have never been more satisfied with the quality of work, billing process, ease of communication and the estimating process. When I first started in my current position, the contracted janitorial service had been cleaning the office for more than 6 years. The work was inconsistent at best and the staff frequently changed. Office Pride was one of a handful of services that contacted me regarding a free quote, and I was impressed with them from the start. Todd Jones was thorough during his initial walk-through and he provided estimates promptly. He outlined a few options, with scopes mirroring that of our previous cleaning service contract and honoring our previous contract’s six-year old pricing for our initial six months. Todd followed up to answer any of my questions and visited the office one more time to introduce me to Vanessa and Carlos Toro, the team who would be in charge of our office cleanings. I signed the contract with Office Pride immediately.

Vanessa, Carlos and Ignacio have been with us for more than four years now, and they are simply fantastic—very proactive and responsive in their approach. Cleaning our more than 12,000 square feet of office space nightly is no simple task, yet Ignacio completes it efficiently and thoroughly—and always with a friendly smile. He communicates well any issues or supply needs; and Vanessa and Carlos check in frequently via phone and in-person visits to make sure our expectations are being met. I am pleased with Office Pride’s high level of customer-care and attention to detail, and I recommend them without hesitation.

We were in search of a commercial cleaning company to service our medical facility in Chesapeake, VA. Office Pride has been terrific! The team at Office Pride have been taking care of our office in Virginia Beach for almost 4 years now. Their staff is wonderful, and they do the best job for us. We love starting the week with a sparkling clean office! The cleaning crew comes out to our office 3 times a week and they always do a great job. Office Pride is able to do much more than weekly cleaning and takes care of all of our floor polishing and carpet cleaning as well when we need those special services. Management is very responsive. Communication and feedback is excellent. They are quick to make any adjustments when necessary or when requested. The cleaning team has been great in maintaining and following our office building's security procedures. All services that Office Pride have provided are excellent and they take pride in what they do.

The team supervisor and regional supervisor have always been very friendly and easy to get a hold of. The cleaning crew does a good job and when there was an issue it was fixed right away. Since I've been with my company we have had three cleaning crews and Office Pride is the best by far.

Unfortunately we had to switch cleaning companies because of the inconsistent job that Office Pride cleaners did. The building was frequently dirty, part of this was due to the frequent turnaround of cleaners. I do have to say that the area supervisor was always quick to respond, But that is not enough to have us continue with Office Pride.
