This review is specifically about Daniel. I appreciated getting an advance text about servicing and he actually rang my doorbell to alert me to his arrival. He knew I had a dog and his written comments indicated when to allow a dog on the lawn.
The previous service person never let me know he had been here and he would always have the same comments from the previous service. This always included that there were brown patches from dog urine and moss. I could never locate moss except in between my pavers and my dog died a year ago. My current dog will not go in the yard. There has been no evidence of urine burn for a very long time. I saw that as just evidence of laziness on his part. And don't get me started on the time I was charged for service and no sign had been placed and no security camera evidence he had been here. So thanks, Daniel, for providing the service I expect.
