The drivers are LAZY! Also tired of them picking up one garbage can and not getting the other. It’s insane because this is EVERY week! I sat and watched a lady do this and then I walked over and said “you forgot one” while pointing at the clearly overflowing garbage bin full of trash and she STILL rode right past it AGAIN and never came back! Like seriously!!!

It has literally been 3 weeks since they have picked up the leaves and branches in my neighborhood. I've called numerous times and have only gotten platitudes. One woman even said she would have a manager call me but noone has. How do I get a refund for these services that I have to pay for but am not receiving?

Edit #2 feb 18, 2021 recycling came by today and scattered trash all over the stree. My neighbor has cardboard in their yard,I hand cans all over my yard. They couldn't even bother to clean up their mess. Should be fined for littering.

My wife and I noticed that our trash cans have been dropped with them lying on their sides.

Today I figured out why: their drivers are most likely undertrained or just don’t care.

If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. The Bulk Pick Up staff are rude. The drivers are lazy. And a supervisor who came to my house lied to my face. I have submitted 3 pick up requests and they fabricate excuses not to pick my trash up... even though they have picked it up 2x before under the EXACT same circumstances. I VERY much would like the head of the department to contact me. However, with the corruption I have witnessed in this department, I doubt they have the courage to talk to me directlly.

Shameful.

Update: 4/28/22... After resubmitted a bulk pick up request, following the inspectors instructions, and getting a confirmation email, Sanitation still didn't pick up my bulk. Further, they did pick up bulk from a neighbor from the spot they told me wasn't acceptable - while leaving mine behind AGAIN. This service is verging on corrupt.

Service has gotten worse. I requested a Bulky trash pickup for 12/26/24. It was not picked up. So I scheduled for 1/2/25. Still not picked up. I've called the customer service line numerous times just to be told to leave the trash out someone will be picking up same day. Still Noone shows up. The young lady tried to dispute me down I was not schedule for pickup but I have confirmations. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me back. It's been over a week. No call. I was last told I was scheduled for pickup on 1/9/25. It's still outside, 1/10/25. Waste Mgmt. say leave the trash on the road, however some home associations will not let you leave a trash can (the Bulky item) without getting a fine. So unprofessional. Im unable to take the can to the dump myself. I tried to contact someone over this office but has not been successful. Guess I'll try the mayor. Local congress man. Then Governor. Wavy 10. I'm trying to fight through a stem cell transplant and this extra stress is ridiculous.

Trash was skipped over on Wednesday and was told it would be picked up on Thursday. Never happened and see today I got an email saying it was resolved at 3pm Thursday. I call back to inform them and the rep tells me I have to wait until the next collection day and to just pile my trash bags next to the can until then VERY UNACCEPTABLE!

They absolutely suck. They pick up trash when they want. Idk how many times I have to call monthly to tell them they havent picked up my can or sometimes even my whole streets cans. Honestly they need another company for us to chose from because they are definitely not it.....Im literally about to make a 3d in 24 hrs phone call about trash cans being picked up. Its ridiculous. And the. They brake your trashcan and make you replace it or recieve a fine and it has to be a certain trash can. I dont see how they operate at all.

After an hour of waiting and three transferred calls from people who could’ve resolved my issue, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ray Mckitchen. He shared that he’s been working for WM for nearly a decade. BEST SERVICE I’ve ever gotten from WM. Incredibly polite, apologetic for the wait, understanding and reasonable with his solution, and genuinely listened to my concerns. My services were supposed to be stopped in September due to moving and I received a bill today 12-1-25 for the last 3 months of service. He stopped my services promptly, waived the bill and cancellation fee after seeing the notes another member had left of our discussion for service cancellation from July, and gave me his information so I could follow up with him if anything else needed to be done on my account. I’m incredibly grateful to be connected with him! 10/10 service and extremely personable, give him a raise and make sure you hang onto him!

Junk Uncles Junk Removal and Hauling responded to my quote request within minutes and preceded to be just as quick the next day with the removal of all the junk I had laying around. They were here and gone within 15 minutes and also took care to sweep up any debris that was left over from the pile. Thank you all!

We couldn't recommend Junk Uncles enough!!! Our storage unit needed to be cleared the same day and they were highly recommended to us. Jay and Dominique introduced themselves politely and gave a fair quote. It took them about 10 minutes to clear everything out. We were very satisfied with the efficiency and professionalism they displayed. You will not be disappointed!

Dominique & Jay did an excellent job! They were able to take the miscellaneous trash/junk from my weekend garage clean out away the same day I called to inquire about thier service. I was given a prompt and very reasonable estimate. They wasted no time upon arrival and had everything loaded up within 15 minutes! They were both very friendly and personable. Overall an excellent experience! I definitely plan to call them for my future needs!

The Junk Uncles removed several items that I wanted to get rid of in preparation for a move out of my townhouse! After calling a few places, I decided to go with this company because Dominique got back to me right away and was very accommodating in scheduling the day and time, was very reasonably priced, and I really liked that they attempted to donate many of the items! Because of my positive experience, I hired them the following week to move my stuff to a storage unit!
This experience was once again very positive and believe it or not, stress free! Dominique is very friendly, helpful, and positive! The family members working with her were friendly yet very professional and did a great job of wrapping and moving my furniture. I was super happy about the way they packed my storage unit, considering that I would need access to the boxes during the storage period! Dominique listened and asked questions about my needs!

The Junk Uncles cleared out my dad’s condo after he passed. It was quite the task to take on. They were understanding, compassionate, flexible, and went above & beyond to make sure everything was taken care of & we were happy with their services—including providing a cleaner for after the clear out was complete.
