Chuck is the best!!!!! Wouldn’t have anyone else.

I met Chuck Brown on Sunday,July 17th.I was doing an Ice Cream Social at Donovan Masonic Lodge in Deltaville,Va.When I arrived at the Lodge at 1:30pm the Air Conditioning went out.One of my helpers called Chuck at 2pm and he arrived at 2:30pm.He dianoised the problem immediately and repaired it.I wish my company in Hanover,Howell Heating and Cooling was in the same catergory as Chuck.I wish there were more Companies like Chuck's available.

Chucky as l know him was the first person to come to mind for our new system his prompt response and reasonable price was also helpful in our decision to have him install our system We give him 5+stars he has always been about community he coached our son years ago in youth league basketball thanks again Chuck's HVAC

Chuck is awesome!! Very efficient reliable! He comes asap if and when he can to get you up and running again. Chuck is always my go to guy when my a.c. is acting up. 😁

Chuck and his guys came and installed a new furnace at my home. They all were extremely courteous and worked really hard to get my family back with heat before cold weather hit. Would recommend to anybody

My personal efforts to fix a heating problem ended in totally messing up the digital controller on my dual heat pump system. Fearing a night with no heat, I reached out to Chuck. He came as soon as he could and had the system working again in very little time. Many thanks for his expertise!

Really terrible experience. Called Chuck more than a month ago, and he promised he would come by later in the week. He never showed. I called several times and texted him multiple times as the weeks went by. He always replied by text, telling me how busy he was and would get with me ASAP. I'm new to the area. Saw his ads in the Southside Sentinel and neighbors told me he was good. Finally had to "throw onto towel in" on him ever showing up. My last text to him was that he put himself in my position...asking "If you were me, would you use you"? Apparently not, as he replied saying he understood. Not good! If you need service when the chips are down, this is not the guy you can expect to show up...unless you have an unlimited time frame to wait, and wait and wait. I actually would give him one quarter of one star, as that would be about right based on my awful experience with Chuck.

Chuck was great! I called him last night because our heating wasn't working. I explained to him the problem (I had tried to install a new thermostat), and he said he thought he knew that problem - I'd blown a fuse - but that he didn't want me to change it and electrocute myself, but he could be out there tomorrow at the latest. He arrived by 11 the next day and quickly addressed the issue. He was friendly, sympathetic, and efficient and the cost was extremely reasonable. I cannot recommend him enough. I got his name from a local Facebook group and they did not let me down! Thank you so much, Chuck!
