We called with the AC shut down on Sat. July 5th and they were here in about 1 hour, got the problem corrected and A/C on in 15 min., and the repairman was pleasant and informative. Couldn't have asked for better than that!!

Brandon was exceptional. He was very professionally and definitely knew how to quickly and efficiently diagnose and fix the problem. He explained everything along the way and had our heat turned back on in no time!

I woke up this morning with no heat, - 15° outside and barely 50° inside. I called and not only spoke to a wonderful customer service lady (JoAnn) but they had a technician out to my house by 3pm-ish. It was only a censor, ( very important !!) thank GOD it was an easy fix !! The technician (Brandon) who was not only professional & honest but friendly as well, had the problem diagnosed & fixed in just a few minutes !!! I have to tell you ....I was happy to pay the very reasonable price of $ 111.?? !!! I will recommend this company to EVERYONE !!! Thank you all at Comfort Consultants for a job well done !!!

I have had lots of service people at the house for repairs. This was the nicest experience I have had ever. This nice young man who is a very hard worker fixed the problem with the air handler and was very nice doing it. He was knowledgeable. I will definitely use them in the future.
