This company is amazing. I saw the negative reviews but my experience was wonderful. Our AC unit went out this morning and by noon they had people out here to fix it. Which was better than 2 other companies I called, because the 2 other companies would not be able to get out here right away. We are in the heat of summer with a 4 year old and a 4 month old so it was critical to get this fixed right away. I believe Corey was one of their names I did not catch the other man's name. They were very professional, courteous, and down to earth. They did not try to charge for anything that was not needed, fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes, and did not charge an arm and a leg. They definitely have a customer for life, we will never go to anyone else with HVAC problems now. I have already started spreading the word about our experience with this company. Thank you so much for everything.

Great company, expert technicians, stand behind their work, excellent value for the services provided. Have been getting preventative maintenance services from this company for years at two different properties. Finally decided to replace two contractor grade 16+ year old systems and upgraded to more efficient Trane systems. As usual, K&J provided prompt, professional, detail oriented and thorough work on my installations and is now providing preventative maintenance on the new systems. Highly recommended.

They were recommended by family and I have used them several times for service. This was the first repair call and they were able to diagnose the problem and repair it on the spot. The technicians were polite, explained the issue, fixed it, completed the winter service on my units, and were on their way. Will use again and recommend to others. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that I would have like a heads up on the cost of the winter service when I made the appointment (since we knew what those would be.) The repair cost itself was very reasonable.
