Excellent and quick service turn around! We were in a time crunch and they were able to fit us in their schedule sooner than expected. The technicians were very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable! Was a tough job due to the height of the job and it was done seamlessly. Highly recommend to any other business!

Waterloo came right on when called. We were not sure what exactly was happening with flickering lights in an older bldg. We reached to waterloo on there emergency line, and got quick response and issue was resolved in a timely manner. They followed up with recommendations/suggestions for going forward.

It appears from other reviews that when this company does provide service these other reviewers are pleased. My experience was the electrician sent announced, “I haven’t seen this before. I don’t know how to do this”. Being honest about that was good. The dishonesty comes in that he then didn’t relay to the company that he was not qualified to meet the needs of the service call and I was fully charged as if he had provided service when none was. The owner chose not to address the situation. So if you’d like to pay for service not provided, then this company will be accommodating in fleecing you.

The folks at Waterloo are the best. A tree came down on a Sunday evening and took the power line down and the meter from the house. Short story, between Waterloo and REC, power was restored by midnight. Fair prices, good people, great service!

I highly recommend Waterloo Electric. Knowledgeable, professional and just nice people. They spent 3 days at our home doing various electrical projects, including installing a new main panel, wiring for a whole house generator and repairing poor connections. Everything was first rate and the crew was a pleasure to have at our home. You will not be disappointed.

We called out 3 or 4 different electricians to come out and provide a quote for us to install a new GFCI outlet in our downstairs powder room. Waterloo was the quickest to respond, with Kathy coming out to do the estimate I think the next morning if I recall correctly, and they provided a quote within a day or so, and was fairly priced. It took a bit to schedule because they're busy, but that wasn't necessarily an issue for us. It wasn't a rush project. I spoke with Kate the day before our appointment just to make sure we were still on schedule, and she was able to confirm the time the crew was going to come out (it wasn't an issue for us whether they came earlier or later, but I appreciated the communication). Come today, our appointment/install day, and the team (Ben and Jim) showed up right up on time, and got the job done within 1.5 hours. They did a great job and we are very happy with Waterloo from start to finish. Any future electrical work needs we may have, we will definitely be calling Waterloo again! Dealing with Waterloo was a pleasure. They installed an electric vehicle charger installed at my rental cabin in Stanley. The experience was positive from start to finish. Scheduling the estimate and the job were a snap and Kathy was able to quickly generate an estimate, including the custom work that would have to be performed on the exterior of the cabin. The installation by Jim and Robert went very smoothly and quickly. They were extremely friendly and didn't leave a mess inside the cabin even though it was pouring rain that day. I'd recommend Waterloo for any electrical service!
