they didn't make an appointment and showed up without notice. they charge by the hour, but work at a pace that reflects wasting time; e.g. taking a smoke break; not bringing a ladder to replace ceiling fans in vaulted rooms, so they left and returned with one that was too tall to effectively do the job. they didn't diagnose the fan was defective and wasted 2 hours replacing a remote control unit. midway through the job, they left because they didn't have a tall enough ladder and none were available. when they returned, they had to wipe off the unsightly sweat stain (from his head) that he left on the vaulted ceiling during the first visit. i won't use this company in the future.
