Matthew did a great job repairing my dryer and explaining what it needed. I love the software he uses to verify the appointment and you can track his progress until he arrives for your service. Highly recommended! This is the second time I have had Matthew in our home. This is the second time using best day appliance. The first time it was through a warranty for our washer and I won’t lie, I was a little apprehensive as I tend to think warranties don’t want to pay for good service. I was SO wrong in this case!!
Both times Mathew was our tech and we appreciate how kind, respectful (we are a no shoe house and Matthew was so considerate of this!), knowledgeable and thorough he is. The office is so responsive and sweet as well! We will continue to come back for any of our repairs!

Easy to set up an appointment online. Quick response! Matthew was knowledgeable, hard-working, and did a great job. He had the parts to fix our refrigerator on his truck and was able to complete the job in an hour. I would HIGHLY recommend Best Day Appliance!

Great communication on the issue with the dryer and timeliness with coming out for service. I would use Best Day Appliance again. The service was covered under the manufacturer warranty on the dryer.
