I simply wanted to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate on fixing the freezer part of my GE refrigerator. First I could barely understand the attendant due to her accent. Not her fault….its mine because I just couldn’t understand what she was saying. Second she takes me through all of these questions and prompts only to try and pass me off to another member of her team for payment. I admit I got frustrated and just hung up the phone. I try to get things scheduled when I can get some time when I’m not working or not supporting what my family needs. I don’t really have the time to spend 20 to 30 minutes answering 21 questions. I normally don’t leave reviews but I thought it would be beneficial to let you know no matter how good your services are it defeats the point if I can’t schedule a technician to come out. Very frustrating!!! All I wanted to do was get someone to look at my freezer. I’m no closer to a technician than I was when I went to bed last night!
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me a few pointers on how to get the most from my dishwasher. Very patient in helping me use my virtual credit card payment.
Tech was great, very polite and thorough. Ordered part and rescheduled service for repair. Took over a week to get fridge fixed. Thankfully it was nothing serious or I would have lost everything in my fridge. On return took tech less than 10 min to replace $25 part. However full cost of bill $400+ which I found to be ridiculous.
He was efficient, on time and friendly. He was able to identify the issue quickly, and quickly fix the issue once the parts were received.
Very knowledgeable and provided me with realistic information. He took the time to evaluate my issues and fix my old dryer for the time being. It’s on it’s last leg.
