My issue was one that I had already diagnosed as beyond just a part swap. I asked for a good tech and I got a great one. Gill spent the time required to test, repair, retest, modify the repair, and ultimately fix the ice maker system.
If I have anything beyond my capability/patience in the future, GH/Gill are the ones I will call. -

We had a good experience with GH appliance repair. We were having a problem with our washing machines. Trey H was the person that came. He arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained the issue and the fix it.
