Sears Appliance Repair, specifically Ted, was very thorough and kept us informed as he diagnosed our broken freezer. I would strongly recommend them, unfortunately I would not recommend the OEM of the appliance but that wasn’t Sears’ nor Ted’s fault.

I requested Jose return to my home as I was very impressed with is performance on a previous visit. This time it was my dryer that did not produce heat. Jose quickly found the problem, a clogged roof vent which did not allow the heat to exit the dryer. While Jose does not address this type of issue he suggested I contact a company which does. I am always appreciative of Jose whose technical skills and honesty are above reproach. Thank you for sending this wonderful gentleman to my home.

The repairman was professional, efficient, and friendly. He explained the problem with my dryer, and discussed the cost of the replacement part, and cost of labor involved. He was a delightful gentleman, and represented Sears’ wonderful customer service protocol.

Anthony provided excellent service in repairing our refrigerator. Before he arrived he phoned several times to update his schedule. He was efficient, respectful of property, informative in explaining the issues and solutions and he was cordial in every respect. A fine gentleman and a true professional. .

Quick and efficient repair replacing brain board control for our refrigerator ( took approximately 15 minutes). Answered and explained issue of refrigerator failure. New part shipped to house prior to scheduling repair. Labor cost was astronomical at $450. Wow!
