I reached out to Johnny Timbers for an estimate to trim a huge tree in our backyard as well as a tree on the side of the house that was touching. Tommy called me and set up a site visit to go over what I needed.
Tommy showed up and we discussed what I needed. He went over that he would trim and balance the oak tree in my backyard as well as remove bigger deadwood as well as trim the cedar on the side of the house.
When this wonderful Virginia weather finally cooperated with everyone, Tommy and his crew showed up and did exactly what was discussed. The yard was cleaned of all debris that came from the tree!!
I definitely will be using Johnny Timbers in the future! I highly recommend them. Professional, knowledgeable and respond to requests in a timely manner! -

Johnny Timbers Tree Service is outstanding. The estimate was easy to obtain from John Hall, the owner. The cost was reasonable. The lead-time between estimate and doing the work was very short. (I obtained three estimates, and Johnny Timbers offered the best combination of cost and availability to do the work.) The three-man crew (Tommy, Jamie, and Ricky) arrived slightly early (in other words, on time -- no waiting around). We discussed a path to remove the limbs and trees without hurting my lawn, and they suggested a path that completely avoided my lawn. The crew worked steadily and efficiently. They addressed all of the areas in the estimate and completed the work within the originally estimated time. Tommy, Jamie, and Ricky were friendly, communicative with me, and respectful of the trees and the property. They left the property in absolutely immaculate condition. This is one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had, and I am 75 years old. I highly, highly recommend Johnny Timbers and Tommy, Jamie, and Ricky.
