Sami is awesome! Super willing to go above and beyond what is required to solve issues with our appliances. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time his company has come to our house to fix issues and we are always happy with the excellent service we receive. They have usually been able to accommodate us within a day or 2 and always come within the promised timeframe. Most other companies are so quick to defer the issue to someone else and leave without fixing the issue; however, Sami and his team not only fix the issue, but they tell you how to easily prevent and maintain the appliances so that you don't have a repeat issue. If any other complications should arise, they even offer to provide assistance after they leave. Without any hesitation, I recommend this company to solve the headache that comes with owning appliances!

Went through our home warranty company and the service technician never came to our home. Did a diagnosis over the phone and said they would order the parts. They told us 7-10 business days. Three weeks later no call or follow up and when I called they told me to go online for any updates. After I prodded her she told me the supplier doesn’t have the parts and they don’t have an ETA.

As folks can see through the numerous complaints this company is not only unprofessional, but rude, lazy, and not worthy of being in business. I will be filing a complaint with my home warranty company, the local chamber of commerce, and the Better Business Bureau.

Sami got the job done earlier than expected!! My heating element was fried on my oven and he had to order the part for it to be replaced a week before Christmas. He showed up on a Monday and had it installed on Friday!! It was a big surprise because it was done so quickly!! Very professional and very friendly!! I wish I could give him ten ⭐️ for this review!!
