The truck drivers of this company drive like maniacs. Going 65 and 45 zones swerving in and out of lanes just to wind up at the same red light as me. Wrote this review because if their drivers are maniacs, I bet the rest of their company is just as shady.

By the way, if anyone doubts me, I have a dash camera and I got the footage so go ahead and doubt me. I’ll just upload the footage on YouTube.

Todd and his crew did an amazing bathroom remodel for me. I found the tile and accessories for my project that I was looking for and the installation looks great. I will definitely use TLG again for the next bathroom redo!

TLG tile does excellent work. They were recommended to me by a friend from work. I had 3 bathrooms done, and some hallway tile. Great service, and I especially liked their approach of having a plumber do the plumbing, a painter do the painting, and tile guys do the tile. Sounds basic, but it's good to have folks who are experts at what they do, rather than one person try to be good at everything. It was also efficient. I definitely recommend TLG Tile to others.

Have had the most frustrating and unprofessional service from this contractor. After the company's owner Todd Gilbert completed an estimate, I could not get answers to straight forward questions, such as what is the final estimate for the project, after selecting a tile from their showroom. I took the trouble to go down to their showroom to select a tile, since Todd's wife, Antonia, told me I had to use their materials. She manages the showroom but did not know the cost of the tile I selected. I find it hard to believe that she runs the showroom and does not know the prices of the tiles. I made many email requests and phone calls to get a final estimate and a timeline for when the project could be started. I clearly mentioned that I was in no hurry to get the job done, but simply wanted to know an estimated time, so that I could plan for it. In response to these requests, Antonia was very disgruntled. I got a runaround, with her asking several times, if Todd did not call me, and that these things take time. I wonder how they run a business, if they are not able to communicate, and answer pointed and reasonable questions from a customer. I am still awaiting information regarding a timeline for the job! I would most certainly not recommend using TLG Tile for any project even if their prices are lower than other estimates!

Todd Gilbert gave me a quote on remodeling two bathrooms. We went to his storefront and picked out tile, vanities, toilets, flooring, hardware, etc. We scheduled the start date for 2 months later because he was backed up. The week before he was to start he called and canceled the job. Said his son was in an accident and he was taking a break from the business. A week later I saw his truck in my friend’s neighborhood. I had her call him and schedule an estimate for two bathrooms. He set up an appointment for the same week. So I called him back to ask if his son was better and could we reschedule; he said he still wasn’t rescheduling any jobs. What a liar he was. I wouldn’t trust him.

I had a powder room that I wanted to transform into a full bath. It was important for me to have a full accessible bath on the main level for my mother when she visits. Todd and his team managed to convert a small hall closet adjacent to the powder room into a stunning modern shower! Everyone who walks in is wowed --not only because it looks nice, but also because of the exceptional craftsmanship. Each of his crew are licensed. I was doubly impressed because they all (about 8 in all) were always punctual. TLG Tile also handles getting the permits and inspections. The pricing is very reasonable and Todd is personable and professional. I have already recommended TLG Title to some of my closest friends. They do kitchens and baths.

Todd and his team just finished with my four bathrooms and I couldn't be happier. I was referred to TLG by a friend and set up a meeting as they don't advertise and his customers are referred. Todd came to the house and we discussed the project - he made sure he understood what my wife and I were looking for in the remodel and provided some useful recommendations. We met with his wife at their showroom and picked out tile, granite, paint, etc. The planning was easy and fun, the price was less than the other folks I had talked to, and the execution was great. The team was competent, considerate, and friendly. Any items I identified to be addressed were quickly and professionally. If your looking for a quality bathroom remodel at a reasonable price, highly recommend choosing Todd and his team.

Todd and his crew completely remodeled our master bath and the result is beautiful. The job was done quickly, professionally, and with excellent quality and detail. Since our bathroom was completed, several friends have also used TLG for their remodeling needs and had the same happy results.

Caution - Todd Gilbert ghosted us after seeing project and told us he would send estimate. Todd Gilbert was recommended by a couple neighbors. They said he did a good job on their remodel projects. However, after coming to our home and seeing the project, he ghosted us! He said he would get us an estimate by the end of the week. We never received an estimate, so I contacted him again. He said he did estimates over the weekend and "I would have it to you on Monday or Tuesday". We didn’t receive an estimate until a couple days later and we found it on my wife’s email. It just had a lump sum number with no description of what he would do. I called office to get more details. Person on the phone (most likely his wife) said he was owner of company. She said she would have him call me. He never followed up in text or call.

Todd completed a master bathroom/closet/bedroom and office renovation for us and did a great job. He was recommended by a friend and we were very happy with his competitive pricing, attention to detail and keeping to his promised timeline.
His team was professional, thorough and always cleaned up during the project. We liked that each member of his team was a specialist in their department and his plumber even helped us with an issue from a prior contractor's problem.
We chose all our materials with our decorator and Todd's team did all the installation. He walked us through the planning process and made several good suggestions on ways to improve our project. I can highly recommend Todd for any bathroom/closet/bedroom remodeling!

TLG completed 2 quality bathroom renovations for us. Both were completed right on schedule. As with any renovations there were a few issues which needed correcting. Todd did not hesitate to have the issues corrected to our satisfaction.
His team was professional and respectful of our home. Antonia his wife was so easy to work with.

Todd and his team did a remarkable job with our basement renovation. They excavated our unusable crawl space and fully finished it, adding a wall-to-wall storage closet and creating enough room to convert the remaining area into a guest room. The amount of work required to remove all that dirt was other level.

In addition to the crawl space, they also updated the already finished portion of our basement. This included installing new flooring, repainting, and opening up the layout for a cleaner feel. All of this was completed at a very reasonable price.

I recently had the pleasure of using Brent Construction. I had a flood due to a plumbing issue and portions of my downstairs had to be repaired. I was very lucky to have Brent Construction come in to do the work. They were professional and did amazing work. They went above and beyond the scope of the work. I can't say enough about this company. They are truly amazing!!!!
