Cashiers are very slow in the garden center

    5

First view of the most popular spring flowers were on display.

Nicely set up. Missing a larger selection of ceiling fans and smaller plants and flowers.

Nice garden center. The line is long, but moves fast. Only issue is some plants are outside so you need to start shopping outside the garden center.

Horrible! Go to lowes at least there they help you. I went to home depot looking for a few simple items. Condenser cleaner, bug and pest control, and a garden spreader. I ended up having to go up and down every aisle and when I finally found some one they said they didn't know. I had to go up to the registers to find some one else. That person then gives me an aisle number that does not exist.

It was a horrible experience something that should have taken 15 min was a 50 min ordeal. I finally said heck with it left what few things I found and left. Driving to a competitor right now.

I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN.

I will tell all my friends and post my experience on my face book. Get your act together home depot.

Pathetic retail store. I have been in the area for 15 years. I have seen this Home Depot deteriorate with its quality and customer service. I was just looking for a door. Just a door. A certain size for an interior door. Spoke to two employees of Home Depot and both passed the buck. I get it if you don't work in a department, but stop hanging out in that damn department confusing the people that need help. THERE IS A LOWES RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. GO THERE INSTEAD, TRUST ME.

Home Depot Garden Center has good inventory of planters, stones, fencing, lawncare equipment and everything needed to fully care for a personal garden (or more). But they're lacking in plants, specifically native plants. Most of their plant inventory are species originating in Europe or Asia, i.e., non-natives. A significant subset of these are listed on the Virginia Department of Conservation and Resources invasive species lists. The typical consumer has no idea they are buying invasive plants, some of which like Nandina are toxic to birds, or tick hosts like Japanese Barberry. So it's incumbent on Home Depot to preferably not sell these plants, or at least adequately label plants so consumers are more aware of what they're buying. At a minimum, plant labels should include the full species name, not just the genus, and what continent it originates from. Home Depot employees in the Garden Center also need at least a basic understanding of natives vs. non-natives, in order to provide proper customer service to customers, which I have found they are not. Until Home Depot changes it's practices, I cannot recommend it's Garden Center.

They didn't care about their customers before, they allowed their employees to be rude to us, kick us out of the store... They didn't take any action after my complaints..... And now they stopped accepting my payments online. OK then. Then I'll move to Lowes. And let them take their credit card. I would advise everyone to avoid Home Depot.

I was looking for an extension cord for my cooktop, but unfortunately, no one was really helpful. The staff kept directing me to the wrong aisles, which was frustrating and time-consuming. I’ve always had good experiences at Home Depot, so this was disappointing. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.

Dana and his crew arrived on time and did a great job removing 5 stumps and a network of roots from my yard! They left my yard cleaned up and neat. Of all the estimates I had gotten, theirs was the only one which included removing the extensive network of roots left in my yard! Their price was very reasonable and I would recommend them without reservation.

A HUGE thanks to CJ and his team for their quick response in removing trees blown down after the recent major wind storm!! CJ has been providing excellent service at our managed properties for the past three years with tree trimming, landscaping, and snow removal. His prices are competitive and we are very happy with his work.

Took out three trees, stump, and removal all in one day. They worked fast, safely, and with care. They cleaned up so well that if the trees weren't gone you wouldn't even know they were there. They even got on ladders and removed debris off of my neighbors' houses. Amazing work at a great, great price.

Rios Osorio's Services gave us a good price and a copy of their insurance. The lead time was about a week.
Rios Osorio's Services removed a big oak tree from our backyard and trimmed a small mulberry tree. They have hauled away all small branches and have cut the large branches in firewood logs. They have cleaned the site and have stacked the firewood nicely. All work has been completed in 3.5 hours. We are glad that everybody is safe. Good job.

I had a massive, troublesome tree in my backyard that needed to go, and these guys absolutely delivered. From the start, communication was clear and professional. They showed up exactly when they said they would and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how smooth the entire process was. If you’re looking for a reliable, punctual, and skilled team to handle tree removal, this is who you want to call.
    Great work!

This crew just finished a HUGE tree job on my property! They did an excellent job, especially grinding the stumps! My yard looks clean and clear of tree roots. I am very happy with the service, professional workers and even through the hard work, they remained incredibly nice. Will definitely be a regular customer with this company.

Noel Tree service has been my expert lawn care company for more than three years. Every job they have performed has been done with professionalism and care. Anything that I asked them to do, they have always responded. I have never been disappointed with their service and if I wanted something additional besides my regular service they responded graciously. I would highly recommend them to anyone. EXCELLENT WORKS.

I had a few companies I was considering and I am so glad I decided on Noel’s Tree Services. Tomas and his crew are AMAZING! These men work so hard and diligently, and took such great care of my lawn/property. Tomas is so professional, and takes pride in the company. Before I agreed to hire him, he gave me good advice: “Protect yourself and use a company that is licensed/insured”. Well, I opted for him and he has been communicative throughout the process. He even came a day earlier because there were going to be weather setbacks on my scheduled day. I have a few more jobs I need, and now that I have seen how these guys operate, I will surely use them for my remaining tasks. If you’re looking for good quality and fair prices, USE THEM!!!!!!! I’ve attached a before and after (but it does not justice as they are still coming back to do more cosmetic touches).
