The low rating has nothing to do with the services provided. I've used this company several times and they do a very thorough job cleaning. The most recent time, they caused electrical damage to my condo by shorting an outlet and it needed to be replaced. When I messaged Claudia about this issue, she was rude and did not take responsibility for the damage. The outlet worked when we left the house, they did not work when we got back. The only people in the home was her cleaning crew.
Claudia insulted the state of my home telling me how dirty it was. She has done this in the past, but I had let it go because I was pleased with her services. This to me was the final straw. I told her I would not employ her again. Clearly my home needed some help which is why I hired her in the first place. Insulting your customers is NOT the way to keep them coming back.

We had the damaged evaluated and it was due to an appliance (like a vacuum) being pulled out of the wall improperly. The damages cost more than the service itself. I wrote to Claudia again regarding the damage and she never responded. I'm assuming she blocked my phone number. Regardless, although the cleaners do a wonderful job, it is not worth dealing with Claudia and her unprofessionalism. There are other services in the area that also are through and more pleasant to work with.
