The services received from 1-800-Plumber+Air of Woodbridge was nothing short of spectacular and comforting. The two gentlemen were very professional and friendly with their levels of services provided. Thank you so greatly for responding to my plumbing issues with world class service!

I had a very disappointing experience with 1-800-Plumber. The technicians quickly concluded that our garbage disposal needed full replacement without doing any real diagnostics. After we pushed back, a simple adjustment (something very basic) fixed the issue in seconds — which they initially overlooked.

For a separate bathroom leak, they insisted on cutting into the drywall right away and were unwilling to do any troubleshooting to identify the source first, even though there were multiple possible causes. It felt like they were jumping to the most invasive (and expensive) solution without proper effort to diagnose.

Overall, the visit felt rushed, lacked thoroughness, and did not inspire confidence in their expertise. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

My plumber the worst plumber I ever worked with. He did not even look like he wanted to be there at all. He first was sitting in his truck for over 15 minutes without coming out at all. He then held my door open allowing my dog to get out and did not even appologize for anything or even say "sorry". He just did not care. He then also took about 4 minutes at a water heater, assumed facts he had not tested, and then made a determination a replacement was needed and hestitated when the word repair ever came . His office manager was then rude and assumed another fact of only one part could be the issue and blindly supported their plumber. I understand my water heater might be on the older side of the average lifespan. This is not proper service. Do not use this company. You will get bad service. They might even lie to the company that hired them if you have a warranty. They did in my case based on what I heard from my warranty company.
