A/C Masters

Adriana completed our maintenance check with A/C Masters. She was efficient and thorough while working and answered all of our questions. We appreciate the excellent work she does!!

As always, Allen, the A/C Masters technician arrived right on time and began my semi-annual inspection on my downstairs system. It wasn’t long before he discovered a fault indicator and began troubleshooting the problem. He performed tests on likely components, which included removal one that seemed to be at fault. His test results didn’t on it just didn’t seem to match the problem. He reconnected all the parts and cycled my system again. It now worked properly and did so again when repeated. It seemed to be just an electrical contact problem not requiring a replacement part. After finishing all system checks on both systems, he created a summary report to email to me. Allen’s experience and patience averted having to pay for an un-necessary repair. This is why I continue to use A/C Masters and give them 5-star ratings.

Service tech Isaiah was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. However, when reinstalling duct work the previous team left 2 holes in the ceiling and insulation and dry wall is constantly falling out and I’m having to clean it out daily making the room inhabitable. Spoke with a supervisor and was made aware of the situation and confessed they would not repair the holes they made. An employee on the phone informed me that replacing the drywall they have cut into is not covered under warranty and that only parts are covered. We are extremely unhappy with the customer service and unfinished work in this instance. I will most likely not renew with them and will have to pay another company out of pocket to fix ac masters work and wouldn’t recommend installation from them but routine maintenance has been great.
