My septic tank had been showing signs of trouble for a while. I had another local company working to "fix" my issue with various unhelpful suggestions- I spent a lot of money and time for them to ultimately do nothing helpful.

Thomas came out to diagnose my problem quickly. He spent plenty of time explaining to me what he saw, what my options are, and gave his honest suggestions. He showed a lot of expertise and patience as I asked him lots of questions.
I ended up needing to decommission my septic tank and connect with city sewage and I knew I wanted Wood Septic to do the job for me. They worked quickly and efficiently with the city and got the job done super fast!

We originally called another plumbing company to give us an estimate on our grinder pump and ended up calling Woods septic after receiving an estimate of $850.00. Thomas Woods came out the same day we called and charged us half that price. We are happy with his work and customer service. I would definitely call him for any future plumbing needs. I’m going to recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

This company saved the day! 2 different septic companies stated conflicting opinions and gave very different quotes for the house my client was about to purchase. Woods came out, took photos, and explained everything clearly! They also fit us in last minute because we had only a few days left before settlement. Alexa in the office was so patient and helpful. This is now my go-to septic company!

We needed an emergency pump because of some plumbing work we were having done and they came out same day and did such a great job. Very reasonably priced compared to most in the area. We are replacing our distribution box and they’re coming out in 2 days to complete that work. Very knowledgeable. Our new septic company! Very pleased so far!

I was in a serious jam because another septic company bailed on me on the last minute. They came out on a Friday to look at the system and then came back the very next day to fix it so we could close on Wednesday. Alexa was amazing, kept me up to date and professional. If it wasn't for Woods I would have had to wait another week fory closing and possibly losing the deal. They were also very fair on the price. They were a third the price of Millers.

Thomas Wood, was Very knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions. He located my septic tank using a sensor system we flushed down the toilet. It was amazing! They serviced and update my system. I highly recommend their company!

If I could leave 6 stars I would, Thomas and his crew were some of the nicest, most understanding guys I've ever dealt with. I had an emergency when a pipe busted inside my grinder tank, a third party no-showed on me, and another company came out and charged $90 to tell me they couldn't help me at all.

I called Wood Septic and Alexa directed me to Thomas, who offered to come take a look free of charge. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule the very next day and showed on time. He didn't hesitate to pump the tank and jump right in and help fix the issue same day, while walking me through every step of the way. In the end, even after the repair was more complicated than we initially thought, all together they charged me half of what another company quoted me to just pump the basin. Thanks again to the whole team for being so understanding and eager to help me out in a pinch.
