My experience was absolutely wonderful. The estimator was courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. The crew was amazing from their professionalism to their knowledge of the job to the cleanup. I highly them.

I really dont write reviews but I just want people to be aware that if you hire them and they damage anything when they’re removing or cutting branches they wont pay for the damage. They did a job in the beginning of march and I own the place but wasnt there to inspect the work when I went there the second week I realized they had damged my outside unit condenser. From the looks of it it seems like a big branch fell and it damaged the fan and grill. I reached out and since I didnt have proof of the branch on site (since THEY removed it) they did not refund the money for the damaged parts. Other than that good work but kind of unprofessional to not own up to their mistakes.

They did an amazing job. They were quick and cleaned everything up after, we will definitely be calling them for any future tree needs! Highly recommend!

The crew was on time and did a great job. They took out one tree and trimmed another for us; cleaned up and took all debris with them. Even cleaned up after the one stump was ground. Good pricing and great work.

I can’t recommend The Tree Masters enough! Last week after the 3rd huge limb fell from a dead tree in our yard in a month, my husband called them to look into getting a quote. Tyler worked us into his schedule that same day and was at the house within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable in looking at the trees we were concerned about and gave us recommendations and options for various services.
Working around the weather he was able to schedule us 4 working days later. The crew was timely and efficient and took down 5 dead and dying trees in no time! We also requested that they leave two of the trees so we could cut them for fire wood. Not only did they cut the logs into 14” sections for us, but they ricked them along our fence beautifully. We did not expect that level of care and they have gained customers for life!

I used their service last week to get some trees pruned heavily. I explained to them that I wanted to make sure my grass gets ample sunlight so it can grow. They came 3 days later and did an amazing job and very quick. The price was very reasonable and I am definitely using their services again!

They were fast not only with communication but also with their service. They did an amazing job with all of our trees and clean up. My house feels like a brand new house again!

Today was taken care of branches from a storm, and they cleaned up my yard and flower bed !! Can’t wait for them to come back and do more to this awful tree !!

Tyler and his team pruned our massive tree in a crowded neighborhood in only one day. Very happy with their hard work!! Very reasonable price and excellent customer service.

I contacted Treemasters to get rid of a large invasive dense forest of bamboo that was beginning to overtake the house. Tyler was very responsive and prompt with all communication and quotes, even pointing out other issues with trees on the property we needed to consider. Flexibility in scheduling and payment methods was much appreciated and the crew showed up in a timely manner. They handled it all and made multiple trips to dispose of the newly mulched bamboo. They came back the next morning to complete the job and spray so it doesn’t come back. Very impressed and highly recommend their services.

I can't thank these guys enough! After my parrot escaped and was stranded 60+ feet up in a tree in the dark woods, I was desperate. The Newport News Fire Department and Animal Control both denied my requests for help. Thankfully, these amazing professionals came to the rescue. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and safely retrieved my beloved Parrot from the treetop. Their skill and dedication are truly remarkable. If you need any tree work done, look no further—these are your guys !!

The Tree Masters crew did an excellent job removing 2 large trees from my yard that were close to a power line and a neighbor's shed. They remained focused on their work without unnecessary chatter and worked very safely. The worksite was cleaned up very well and left in great condition. Thanks to Tyler and his whole team.

All aspects very professional: from the first visit to learn the scope of the project, to the formal (very thorough) estimate based on that visit, through its execution and clean-up. It was a pleasure to work with Tyler and the on-site project manager Nick, and all the guys who climbed the trees, dragged the heavy branches to the shredder, and sweated in some of the warmest days of the year. Tree Masters did a wonderful job of removing 5 huge Oak and Sycamore trees that were close to our house. Very professional! We are very happy.

The initial work was done well, however, even after assuring me there would be NO driving in the yard large ruts were made over the drain field which will require much work

- They not only outbid the other 2 companies (without even trying to) but had the tree down, stump gone, and grass planted, all within 48 hours of my go ahead (it's like the tree was never there).
- I'm definitely going to be using them in the future as well as recommending them to my friends.
