They were able to fit my electrical repair into their schedule in a reasonable time. The repairman was punctual an really went above and beyond.

Talked with the staff on the phone, easily scheduled a quote, and the estimator came out on time. The estimator was friendly but talked about the job. Offered suggestions that were reasonable.

I don't know the gentleman s name but when a tree took out our power at our house, he came and rewired and worked with the PUD and got us up and going! He was courteous and cleaned up after himself. Great experience! Thank you sir!

I called one day to see about getting our dryer checked out, and they were helpful in getting someone out the next day to fix it. Quick billing too, which I can appreciate instead of waiting for days on end. Thank you!

This place had had to come out to my house 4 times for the same job, that each time they proclaimed was “fixed”. And when replacing my outlets, they destroyed my backsplash above my sink. This was apparently done by the owners son. The son also got my entire kitchen cupboards and mud room filthy from him crawling under the house and did not even bother to wipe his feet or offer to clean up hid mess. I have been waiting for almost two months to get my back splash replaced, two weeks ago I was told someone would be there next week to do it??? Also if you call and no one answers there is no way to leave a voicemail, even during business hours. I would never recommend to use them.

Our Electrician Josh, was on time, fast and efficient. He explained and showed me why our outdoor flood lights weren’t working. He also replaced a wall heater and thermostat for us. We’ll certainly have him return for other work in the future. Their receptionist was friendly and helpful as we texted back and forth to make sure we had the correct replacement parts.

I called at 11:45am and was told they are booked out several months but if one of their guys got in early on Friday that he could come see what the problem. Then to my surprise I was called at 12:50 same day that someone could be there in 20 minutes! A really nice young man showed up, assessed the problems, advised of solutions and went back to shop for parts. He returned and fixed the garage lights and added a great light for backyard. Amazing!

I lost power in most of my house & couldn't find an electrician who wasn't already booked 2 months out, I called Star Electric & spoke to Debbie who was so nice & had compassion for my situation & emergent need for an electrician during this extreme heatwave. She was able to squeeze me in since one of their electricians was working in my area anyways & then Greg showed up. Greg was amazing & very experienced, knowledgeable & kind. He fixed my problem immediately & took the time to explain why this happened. I will be using Star Electric for further repairs in the future. Good customer service all around & I don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you Star Electric & thank you Greg, for caring & for your quick response during these difficult times! Matt showed up on time. He appeared to be young so I was a little skeptical but I realized soon that I was wrong. He was patient and capable. He figured out the cause of the electrical issues right away and gave me a comprehensive explanation. He didn’t waste no time, finished all the job with a positive attitude. However It was actually after a couple of weeks when I start seeing the improvements in functionalities of my electrical devices. Sorry Debbie, I gave you a negative response when we talked on the phone since I still had the same issue with my electric devices. Everything works fine now and I’m so happy about all the services I had from you guys. Also thank Debbie for the schedule adjustment so that I was able to have the service much earlier than expected. Awesome job you guys, thanks again.

They were busy yes, but they worked hard to fit us in. They are the best. The electrician was the best. The price was good based on the work, material & labor done, all was top notch quality.
