My furnace stopped working. I called a repair company who diagnosed a faulty gas valve and offered to repair it for a shocking $912 and later for $661. I called Corey Tolmich (owner of GFR Heating & Cooling). He came out to take a 2nd look. He went methodically through all the components of the furnace making sure gas nozzles were clean and that the gas valve was NOT the problem - explaining his work along the way. In the end it was a stuck earthquake gas shutoff. Nothing needed to be replaced. The charge was less than $300. I couldn't be more happy and will use him again.

I was super thankful to have found this heating company! After dealing with other providers in Seattle who tried to scare me into unnecessary repairs, Erik and team were a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly responsive, scheduling a visit within the week, and they diagnosed + fixed my upstairs mini split issue SAME DAY. Less than 30 minutes to identify the problem, and under 2 hours to repair it. Pricing was excellent—transparent, fair, and no surprise fees. No upselling, no overcharging for coolant... just honest, efficient service 👏. If you're tired of the big companies playing games, try these guys. Highly recommend!

Wow! Great experience. Our AC went out at our business and they got here within hours. They took a look, let us know some things that they noticed with the unit but were able to get it working without actually replacing or repairing anything and didn’t even charge us. We are so excited that they were just so helpful and quick to respond. We are going to initiate for a service/maintenance plan with them because of the great Customer Service. Scott, who helped us was just amazing and friendly and very good about communication on what they could do. Thank you Sea-Aire for coming to our rescue. 🙏😊
