Alex was great. He responded quickly. Then he was on time, diagnosed the problems (we had issues with the range and our refrigerator ice maker) and completed the jobs! Awesome.

Alex is fantastic! He responded within an hour or so of our request and scheduled us for the next day. He was prompt and courteous. Best of all he diagnosed and fixed our washing machine and tested it multiple times in a bit over an hour! He is thorough and professional and kept us informed throughout the process. I can't recommend Alex enough. We'll be going back to him with any future appliance issues.

Alex was very knowledgeable and professional. He went right to work to diagnose the problem with my dryer and give me an estimate. He had all the parts on hand and was able to fix it quickly. He even vacuumed out the whole internal area, as well as checked the airflow of the vent to ensure it wasn't blocked to prevent any fires. He ran the dryer after fixing it to make sure the problem was corrected. It was quick, efficient, and reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Alex is awesome. I have hired two previous repair techs for the same dumb stove. Each one had me feeling like an ATM machine afterwards. Alex is different. When I called him up, I offered a (wrong) diagnosis that had been given by a previous tech. Alex ordered the part for me. He came out to install it and saw that the diagnosis was mistaken. He saw what part was needed and came back the next day with the correct part. He didn't charge me extra for his labor or time travel. He didn't stick me with the cost of the part that I told him (wrongly) was needed. Alex is honest and treats his customers well. He is all you need in an appliance repair technician. Alex is on my speed dial.

Our fridge ice box stopped producing ice and I decided to contact Fixit Appliance Repair to give it a look. I'm so glad I did. Alex was quickly available, showed up on time, and was able to get to the bottom of the issue very quickly. I had a fridge full of ice the next morning. Alex from Fixit Appliance was fantastic! The first time he came out, my dishwasher—of course—worked fine. But as soon as he left, the issue returned. He came back the same day without hesitation and spent hours troubleshooting, all without asking for extra payment. Once he found the problem, he gave me a fair quote and even tried to work with Samsung to get the part covered under warranty. Unfortunately, Samsung didn’t honor the warranty, and with a newborn at home, I couldn’t afford the repair. I ultimately went with a used dishwasher instead.

Throughout the entire process, Alex was extremely professional, honest, and dedicated. I highly recommend him for any appliance repairs!

This company was great, professional, and very fast! They had a service technician out less than 24 hours after we requested. They had to order a part which only took a few days, and as soon as the part arrived, they had it installed the next morning. Highly recommend!
