    Sergio did a fantastic job fixing our refrigerator! He was very professional and also careful since we have a kid at home, taking the right precautions while working. He explained the issue clearly as he was fixing it, which was really helpful. He cleaned the air filter and also replaced the compressor, and the fridge has been working great since.     RUN AWAY and do not use this business if you value your appliances! We were referred to this company through our home warranty American Home Shield, and now we regret it. Ruslan and his partner are the individuals that came out and did a horrible job. They stated that they "repaired" our washer, but they left it in worse condition then when they came to repair it. It is still unusable, and at this point, we have called a different appliance company, an official GE licensed one, to come and repair it. The detergent tray is now completely misaligned when it was aligned before, and the blue ring inside has waves in it and is not sealed properly, whereas it did not have waves before the "repair" and was sealed properly. They stripped a screw by the detergent tray and that now does not hold anymore and makes the inside of the detergent tray loose, as you can see in the pictures. They have just created a bigger mess than before they repaired that we now have to resolve. We then made them aware of it, and the guy said they would send a "senior technician" out to fix it. No, that's not going to work. After all of the damage this company has caused, there is NO WAY we are having them back in our home, and I would advise you not to have them in your home as well. We no longer trust them. Completely incompetent technicians, and they repair one thing, but then leave your washer in worse shape than when they came. In addition, the customer service was horrible and subpar and very rude and apathetic. I could not stand talking to them. I should have known given the lack of customer service that the company was going to be the same. I do not recommend, and I recommend that you stay far away.
