Great service, and quality work. The technician took pride in his work and protecting the area. The parts we needed were received quickly and didn't have to wait long at all to be scheduled. Both of which are are these days. Thank you!

DO NOT PURCHASE A MEILE PRODUCT!!!!! i have a simple question, I called LUWA and all I get is "we can have a service tech come out". The techs are in the field and cannot take my call. My comment to the phone rep is that the answer to my question might be "that this perfectly normal." I was told that is true, but would need to have a tech come to my house to tell me that at a cost of $200 +/-. I purchased a Meile double oven, gas stovetop and steamer oven. it will NEVER happen again! I contacted appliance companies that sell Meile and they do NOT have repair people. I also contacted the appliance company where I purchased the Meile products, and they no longer carry Meile because of this problem.

The technicians are so knowledgeable, and good at what they are doing. Unfortunately, the parts ordered were defective, but they did what they could at their best. I like how John inspected the part before installing it. Thanks!
