Fridge wasn't cooling and had an error code. I reached out to Staunch Appliance Pro because they are near me and even though only a few reviews, they raved about Kamran and how amazing the service was. I received an immediate response from Kamran and requested a diagnostic appt. and he said he could be there next day. I asked if he could come out on Saturday instead which was not a problem. Kamran and his assistant came out, ran a diagnostic test and discovered within minutes, that the damper motor was broken. I figured that he would need to order the part and schedule the service for another date but he knew the problem would be one of two things and had already ordered the OEM parts, and had them in the truck! I was impressed that he diagnosed, installed the part and fixed the issue on the same day! But, the problem wasn't solved yet. A few hours later, the error code was back. When I called Kamran and let him know, he said it was more than likely because of too many plastic bags of food in the freezer (which he had mentioned the first time he was here) and said to empty it out and defrost the freezer due to the fact that the cold air needs to flow through the damper to the fridge. We emptied the freezer and Kamran and his assistant came out right away on a Saturday night at 8pm! I was impressed again! He took the back panel off the freezer and discovered that it was iced over and defrosted it. Once again, problem solved. We fortunately have a freezer in the garage so we put half of the food in that one. Our fridge and freezer have been working fine since.
I can't thank Kamran enough for the prompt response, quality of work and friendly service! He didn't even charge a fee to come back out the second time.

I cannot recommend Staunch Appliance enough! They went above and beyond to fix our stove (one of the burners had stopped working suddenly). Kamran and Ali had to visit multiple times to ensure everything was absolutely perfect, and each time they were incredibly punctual, friendly, and professional.

The service, professionalism and expertise were top-notch! They came out at night, from a long ways away, to replace a failing motor in my fridge, that was making a horrible shrieking noise .
