I had a roof leak right after a wind storm and had RestorX come out to help with mitigation. Barb offered to come out the same day to prevent any more damage to the house. She was very diligent in putting a tarp on our cedar roof. Even the roofing company that came out later was impressed with her work. Alex, our project manager, also came out and was very transparent with the whole process. He was very responsive which is always appreciated with an emergency like this. Aaron and Kevinson came to work on the deconstruction, drying, and disinfecting the mold. They worked super quick and were very considerate when we were in zoom meetings. Everything went very smooth and a lot quicker than anticipated with RestorX. I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you to Barb, Alex, Aaron, and Kevinson! You guys did a fantastic job! They deserve a raise!

Julia, our site mitigation lead, was awesome! She was focused on the job but was also very engaging and patiently answered all of our questions. At the end of the day, gave us a recap of what was accomplished and what to expect next.
The female packing teams were very thorough and were very mindful of our possessions.
This entire team- from managers to demolition to packers-were professionals. They were all engaged and hard workers.
We are looking forward to working with the reconstruction team.

I had an excellent experience with RestoRX Mitigation from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and truly committed to helping us through the entire process.
Julia, our Lead Technician, did an outstanding job guiding everything on-site with expertise and calm confidence. Sydney, Chance, and Edwin were also fantastic—thorough, respectful, and hardworking throughout the project. Their teamwork made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.
In the office, Jennifer and Carisa provided amazing support. They were responsive, organized, and always willing to answer questions, which made communication smooth and reassuring.
