We had an outstanding experience with Innovative Systems. They installed our camera system quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. Nick and Andrew were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful the entire time they were working in our space.

As a Jiu Jitsu academy owner, I really appreciated how careful they were with our equipment and our mats while doing the installation. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure the system was set up perfectly.

Our condo HOA has now been through two testing cycles with Innovative Systems and they just keep getting better and better. The recent team (Cameron, Brandon, and Caleb) were thorough, efficient, and went the extra mile to make sure we didn't have to have them come back for a re-check. They are also great problem solvers, helping us replace our communication systems to more reliable cell service! And working with the admin team is just as pleasant with scheduling, reminders, and follow-through! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Don’t use this company for fire alarm testing. They made rude comments to tenants in the building trying to ask simple questions. They also do idiotic methods like setting off the alarms to the entire building all day instead of doing one floor at a time to ensure minimal disruption. Will not be hiring them again.

Outstanding service, professional, very detailed and informative, Dana and his team are top notch in their field, we received a repair estimate from the original contractor who installed our system originally for an outlandish amount of money, I found Dana and his team through my son, and could not be more pleased with the results.

The Village at Seeley Lake would like to give a HUGE shout out to Innovative Systems. During our little cold snap we had several pipes freeze in our storages. They were booked solid but responded the same day did evaluations got things on order for repair and in a blink of an eye we were back up running. The techs were super friendly and helpful explaining things as they did repairs. The office staff was excellent with communication and scheduling and we were back up and running so quickly I as well as our corporate office was amazed and so thankful. Thank you all again for you hard work. We love having you all as our vendor.

We had a great experience with Innovative Systems. We received an honest price quote, it was easy to schedule an appointment, and the work was done when they said it would be. We really appreciated the owner Mark letting us know what options we had for the work we needed done to have the wiring into the house for our new hot tub. We will definitely be using them in the future for any electrical issues that may arise.
