They showed up on time, came in did a really good job on a carpet almost 20 years old and were gone in a iittle over an hour. They were friendly, but professional and did their work efficiently.

He did a great job lifting old dirt & stains from worn upholstery in my motorhome. I was pleases. He was thorough, respectful and kind.

He responded timely to my call and communicated the day of so that I knew when he would arrive, which was a little early. He was professional, good customer service and did a good job. Pleasant to work with.

I called Glenn in an emergency situation where my movers were coming the next day. My painters had just finished their job and I realized how badly the carpet needed cleaning before the movers arrived! He squeezed me in the SAME day I called and I can't thank him enough for his service.

Glenn and one helper were on time, set up quickly and got in and out. I don't think they were even at the house for an hour but they did amazing work! I had one large area rug with tons of what I think were food, dirt, and pet stains, and three bedrooms with mystery stains as well. (Oh and did I mention cat fur, long haired german shepherd fur, of course my hair, and cat litter. My vacuum died so it had been an embarrassing amount of time since I even vacuumed). They vacuumed then steam cleaned, all of the stains came out, my rug I thought I would have to throw away looks brand new! So do the carpets in the bedrooms. I was also very happy with whatever cleaner they used, the smell wasn't purfumy or chemically, so it wasn't overpowering at all. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. :)

Glenn got a last minute ( ok, frantic maybe) call from me just a day before our scheduled move in to our home. I realized during a final walk through that there was still significant pet odor from the previous tenants dog. I am sensitive to smell and realized we had a problem on our hands. Glenn to the rescue! He was there within hours - cleaned the carpets beautifully and best of all there was ZERO pet odor left behind. I was able to move in stress free. I wish there was another star to check - but five is all there is. Thanks Glenn! We will be calling again soon for our spring clean!
