David did an amazing job!!! I will definitely hire them again and have already referred 5 Star Cleaning to 10 friends.

He has very bad customer service. He gave us a time and came. We already moved the furniture, and then he doubled the price after he visited us. we finalized the amount and he was agree on that. He said he get vaccum from the car, but he left and didn’t answer the call. He is a big liar. Be careful from this liar.

That did an absolutely amazing job. My carpets are 17 years old. And after the cleaning, it looks like new. And smells so good.

Absolutely will be on my speed dial for carpet care! I had reservations - considering some old reviews- but I'm an ever-loving optimist. I caught their Craigslist specials 😎. Arrived on time, 10:30am appointment. Done by noon. 1,100 sq ft townhome with 14 step staircase. The staircase was my worst nightmare with some dark liquid spill stains that no one would claim ownership to 😒. The carpet is bright, soft and had a fresh combing in the end. The whole house smells amazing! Kind, courteous, hardworking and dedicated father and son duo - Dave and Dave. Definitely had great energy and vibe the minute I shook hands at my front door. I immediately sent out text messages to friends, family and colleagues. That says everything right there.
