Cody and his assistant did an amazing job cleaning our couch and ottoman! They worked with such precision and clearly have a great eye for detail. Both were incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing along the way. I really appreciated that they weren’t pushy about upselling services — just honest, thorough, and focused on doing a quality job. I’d gladly have them back for future cleanings and highly recommend their services!

Colby did an excellent job! Our carpets have never looked better and he did an outstanding job on our shower tiles. Colby was very professional and thorough. Next time we get our carpets cleaned, I will definitely use Stanley Steamer and request Colby.

Ryan was on time and very courteous. He cleaned the tile and grout very well and when he completed the work gave clear instructions as to when we can use the shower. We're very pleased with the results.

First off, The website for Stanley Steemer was so easy to make an appointment. They give you a time when you can expect them and the location they are at when near by . I had absolutely no problems with the site. The service was wonderful. Colby made sure my carpets were done thoroughly and he was quick. Also Colby has a great personality. Fun to talk to and definitely knows his job. After this experience I wouldn’t hesitate to use Stanley Steemers again.

DeAndre and Jaydon did an excellent job when they cleaned my ducts. They called to inform me of their arrival time. They were prompt and professional. They kept me informed about what they were doing during each stage of the process. They were very respectful of my home. They put everything back were it was and vacuumed the carpet.

Fast, efficient and good value! Ryan explained everything well and got right to work. He even moved my heavy nightstands. Great job and my house looks and smells so much cleaner.

The technician and service provided was fine. I have two issues with the upsells. First, the technician called me over to show me a tag with some said hair on it that he said he “pulled up” from a room he wasn’t asked to clean. He asked if I wanted to add it to the service. That room is not used except 3 months since moving in this house.
Second, I was asked I wanted deodorizing and carpet protect. He said it was 30 for one and 40 for other so approximately 70 dollars. What he did not say was that he would charge per area. So my original quote of 244 was now 465. I think when you are going to double the cost of a job, you should be very clear that charge is per area. My 4 room pkg at 284 had additional 221 added.

The guys were great. But ai thought De’Andre and Sebastian could have done better. I have flexible duct piping and some of the runs are 25’ feet long.
I questioned the guys when I noticed Sebastian only pushing the white, 6’ high-pressure hose down the vent 4’. (2’ was still in his hands above the vent). I asked, “Don’t you guys have the proper attachments to blow out/clean out flexible duct piping? Is this the 1st flexible ducting you’ve worked on? You guys are the experts, right?”. They both kinda hummed and hawed and said ‘they could’ do this or that.’ ‘They could add more hose and push further …’, but that was it. De’Andre said he’d discuss it with his Manager, MPH (‘MPH’ is a nickname for ‘Mike’).
I stated to the guys, “Leaving 20 some odd feet each of uncleaned flexible duct for these two long 25’ runs is the difference between paying full price and quarter price, don’t you think?” Sebastian did the same thing on the other long duct run from the guest bedroom as well. I didn’t witness Sebastian do all 7 vents, but both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and one front room, he never went any farther than the 6’ white attachment hose. Every duct run is more than 6’ in length.
As I said, the guys were great, but a good 65-70% of my ductwork didn’t have a high pressure hose run through it. I was home and basically watched the whole operation.
I held a flashlight for Sebastian. Got him a super bright portable light when he was at the furnace. I felt bad because he was working in the dark (pitch black dark) and couldn’t see what he was doing.
They didn’t have a snorkel camera -so even though they took tons of pictures, every pic past the vents are only as far as they could stick their cell-phone past the little duct ‘shut off flap/door’ that is 10” inside the vent. Who knows how clean those 25’ long flexible duct runs really are.

Anyway - I paid full price for a job that as near as I can figure was only a quarter done.

Cameron is a total professional. I’ll ask for him again next time. My wood floors are the cleanest they’ve been since brand new. Our two large area rugs look great too. Thank you!

Ryan arrived right on time as scheduled and was extremely professional and polite throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to do a thorough walkthrough of all the areas that needed cleaning and clearly explained the process, including how long it would take for the carpets to dry and how the deodorizer works.
He made sure to deep clean every area, paying special attention to removing pet stains and pet odors. The results were outstanding! My stairs, hallway, and bedrooms look and smell amazing.
He truly did a magnificent job. I highly recommend Ryan and Stanley Steemer :)100% satisfied
