NW Comfort Systems installed a new furnace, new thermostat, re-piped the gas line to bring it into code and repaired/replaced the furnace and water heater vents all in one day. The work is beautiful and now the house is up to code. They also taught me how to get the most out of my new system. Now the house is toasty warm and I am one satisfied customer.

I had Northwest Comfort System service and maintain my forced air furnace several times and then install a new unit. They are quick and professional, give clear explanations and a fair price. When I had urgent needs, they found a way to be there for me. I plan to use them again for my new home.

I've had NW Comfort Systems help keep my furnace in shape for about five years, and have always appreciated them. This last week, had them install a heat pump / tankless water heater at my house. Before the job began, Mike came over and walked through the space, talked over what I needed with me, and measured everything out. Then during the installation, Mike, Rhian, and Keenan were extremely professional and awesome to work with. They kept in communication with me throughout, made sure everything fit great and that I knew how all the systems worked, and even cleaned up afterward. I can't say enough good things! NW Comfort Systems is absolutely worth your time if you want someone who is reliable, cares about doing quality work, and making sure you have a good fit for your needs.

We lucked out that the previous owner of our home used NW Comfort Systems to install a new furnace in 2017. Rhian was not only on time and very professional, he also took the time to explain why the part in our furnace failed to avoid future issue. I learned more about our furnace in the hour he was here than I had in my whole life! Great price and we felt very well taken care of by this company. We will never go anywhere else!

Rhian was great to work with! He's super knowledgeable, professional, informative, friendly and all around a really nice guy that seems to really know his trade. He gave us the information we needed to make the right decision for our situation. We will definitely call NW Comfort Systems again next time our furnace needs servicing.

I had to have my furnace replaced on Christmas Eve. Rhian and his colleague showed up and went the extra mile to get it installed quickly and properly!! Kudos to them for making sure that my family had heat for the holidays!! Highly recommend NW Comfort systems. I've been using them for years and they provide great service!!

I had a great service from Northwest Comfort Systems. They installed my furnace 9 years ago and it still works well. When it stopped working recently, I called them and they sent a technician the next day. The technician, Mike, was very professional and friendly. He fixed the problem quickly and also taught me how to maintain my heating unit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs heating services. They are reliable, efficient, and courteous. I give them 10 out of 5!!!

We recently had our old water heater replaced by NW Comfort Systems and were so pleased with the service! The team was timely in coming to our home to inspect, and extremely knowledgeable of what we needed and what our options were. They quickly returned the next day with a full replacement. We would highly recommend them and will be calling them for any additional services in the future!

Mike and Ryan are very detail driven when doing their installations. They take special care when they have to come in the house to install the indoor units. I would use them again

We have used Northwest Comfort Systems several times over the last twenty years for servicing our Bryant Gas Furnace.

In December of 2024, our thirty year old furnace was no longer working, so we asked them to come out and fix the furnace.

Ryan came out, arrived on time, and performed a detailed, troubleshooting analysis. After finding several issues which he showed me, we decided it was time to replace the furnace.

After telling him that we would be interested in a similar 80% efficient furnace, he gave us a approximate quote on site for a new Coleman 80% furnace that would be appropriate for home based on the size and number of registers.

The formal quote was very close to Ryan's initial quote.

We also told him that we might be interested in the future of adding on a standalone AC unit to our system.

I assumed the installation would basically be a simple swap out of one unit for a similar unit ...

Ryan and Randall came out the morning of the installation and spent about seven hours on the replacement.

They were very detailed oriented, and would explain why they were making some changes to the ducting and mounting of the furnace.

They exhibited a high level of workmanship and I am pleased with the end result.

We will continue to use NWS, and if we decide on adding AC in the future, they will be on our short list.

NWCS installed my new heat pump, furnace, and electronic air filter one week ago today. The system is operating as expected; for example, I've seen the heat pump defrost itself, and it operates as quietly as advertised. The installation crew did good work, and in particular Rhian explained multiple issues with our home's particular infrastructure around the old system, and how they would be rectified (i.e. things that would still have been issues if all we did was upgrade equipment). They went well beyond the bare minimum needed to get the job done.
Mike and Rhian serviced our prior equipment for several years; they are kind, patient, and their visits have always been helpful. I had/have no reservations about continuing to give them our business.

We had ac and a new gas furnace installed and are very happy with the results. Rhian and Mike’s work was top notch. We have used NW Comfort Systems for a couple of decades now. No complaints, they are technically competent and reliable.

Rhian, Mike and Bruno installed a new furnace and A/C for us a week ago. This is our second time using NWCS for our heater & a/c install as they installed our original units 10 years ago. They were very professional & thorough in walking us through what needed to be installed. They went above and beyond to fix a problem with our nearby water heater venting unrelated to the install we had hired them for. I highly recommend this company and their employees. They stand behind their products and service and are a pleasure to work with.

I had the most wonderful experience with Rhian and the whole team at Northwest Comfort Systems! I have been using them for years on maintenance and repairs for my old gas furnace that I could not afford to replace. Excellent customer service

I called Northwest Comfort Systems well in advance and was told that they did not have any availability other than being on "stand by" for three days on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I never received a visit let alone a phone call. Due to the terrible customer service and wasting my time, even if they do have an available slot for a future appointment, I will not be choosing this business for my heating, or cooling needs due to this poor experience. I do not recommend.

Larry came to service the furnace in a home we just moved into. We used Northwest Comfort systems in the past and were happy with their work. Larry told me I needed a new furnace because the heat exchange unit was cracked and using the furnace in such condition would be dangerous due to carbon monoxide emissions. He sent us a quote for the job. I also had a 2nd quote from another vendor who found no problem with the heat exchange units. I had another independent inspector look at the furnance who also found no problems. The 2nd company installed a new furnace for us after going without heat for ten days. This company left me with the three heat exchange units from the old furnace They did not show any cracks. I still have these in my possession. I suggest that you get a 2nd opinion if Larry suggests a new furnace based upon a heat exchange unit crack.

I asked this company to come out to give me a bid on a new furnace because the current furnace stopped blowing heat. Mike the the tech showed up, looked at the furnace and said he had to go to his van to get his tools to track down the problem. He was asked here to give me a bid on a NEW furnace NOT to fix the old one. I asked him at what point does the free estimate end and the charges begin. We talked a little more and I told him that I have 4 companies coming out to give me bids for the new furnace and he said "4 bids...you called 4 companies"? I said yes because I wanted to shop for the best price. He again said "4 bids?? Would you go to 4 different doctors to get their opinions too?" I said yes I would. He gave me a nasty look and I said thank you for coming. Goodbye. He left mumbling something and I am sure it wasn't nice what he was mumbling.
